This place is actually not bad but so hard to find! Not clear how to get to drive through immediately but the food and service was very good

We waited in the drive through for 20 MINUTES just to be told the frozen machine isn’t working AND then given the completely wrong food order… didn’t go back for the right order as enough time was already wasted.

How does this place stay open? They are rude, always sold out of whatever you order. Doesn’t matter what you order, sold out. Just drive the extra 7 min down the road to a work Dunkin.

To all my loyal customers, in my short time at this store, thanks for the kind words, and encouraging thoughts. I Keshia, the one that was always smiling, and energetic, no matter what time I came in. Was unethically let go yesterday, after one of my coworkers, pressed false charges on me, claiming that I assaulted her, and also a restraining order. Which I was served with, yesterday morning, while at work.

Severally understaffed. Apparently, the guy who I believe is the manager, thought it was smart to have the in-training barista try to run the entire place by herself. They didn't have ingredients for the drink I ordered and paid for, but they did sub it out. A dude came in screaming and crying because he mobile ordered OJ and they didn't have any and the manager never came out and instead the barista got yelled at over something she couldn't fix. Overall, why is there a single person who barely can enter or make orders working alone during a busy part of the day? Manager should be ashamed for not scheduling more people, if I was that barista, I would have quit and left the manager to figure it out.

they didn’t have anything i wanted so i had to settle for something else. we waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes for my husbands food that wasn’t even hot or fresh. he said this was the worst dunkin experience he’s ever had and i agree

The BP rewards was not working when I went which is one of the main reasons I stopped there for gas so I could get my rewards discount. So much for that. And they didn't take EBT. Ugh!
