Unable to really rate this because we couldn't get coffee. Arrived at 808 went in and they were closed, despite online at saying they're open until 9:30 pm

I wanna praise a worker name 'Filipe' he was working at a Dunkin' express.. He is very kind and nice. I have been other branches before, but he is the best most kindest worker I've ever seen. Thank you so much!

I was so glad there was a Dunkin’ nearby—having a coffee shop close was a lifesaver during our stay! I don’t even know how many times I ordered the cold foam cold brew it’s my go-to, and they made it perfectly every time. The staff was friendly, quick, and really efficient, even when they were busy.

One evening, we decided to treat ourselves and grabbed a dozen donuts. They were fresh and delicious, and it was such a great little surprise for the kids. Overall, it was a great experience and a convenient stop that kept us going throughout our trip!

They do not take dunking donuts prepaid gift cards. Waste of money buying it before hand thinking we would use it for donuts.

Donuts and coffee was amazing! Their seasonal coffee, which was the pistachio iced signature latte, was absolutely good! Would go back again to get a donut and coffee! Must stop there to get donuts at Great Wolf Lodge!

Do not waste your time. We waited over an hour for 3 coffees. Save your patience and run somewhere outside of the hotel. All of our coffees tasted exactly the same despite being ordered as different flavors. Staff clearly did not drink any coffee or espresso for their shift.

Can we talk about how much of a scam this place must be? 45 min wait for an iced coffee & some not even fresh cooked donuts. Text order was ready after 30 mins then told it was not. When I asked the 3rd time if something waiting was mine it was- the watered down drink from sitting so long. We go to GWL several times a year and I promise this dunkin is worse everytime.

I was so impressed with the employee named Rashaud. I asked him lots of questions. He answered me; and helped me choose a good drink. His smile was contagious! Thank you, Rashaud, for your good service!

Was trying to get a dirty chi the kiosk would not let asked for help was dismissed. The best thing there was the apple juice.
