Absolutely terrible, all lattes we ordered tasted like straight coffee and had absolutely no flavor

Do not waste your time. We waited over an hour for 3 coffees. Save your patience and run somewhere outside of the hotel. All of our coffees tasted exactly the same despite being ordered as different flavors. Staff clearly did not drink any coffee or espresso for their shift.

Can we talk about how much of a scam this place must be? 45 min wait for an iced coffee & some not even fresh cooked donuts. Text order was ready after 30 mins then told it was not. When I asked the 3rd time if something waiting was mine it was- the watered down drink from sitting so long. We go to GWL several times a year and I promise this dunkin is worse everytime.

I was so impressed with the employee named Rashaud. I asked him lots of questions. He answered me; and helped me choose a good drink. His smile was contagious! Thank you, Rashaud, for your good service!

Was trying to get a dirty chi the kiosk would not let asked for help was dismissed. The best thing there was the apple juice.

Wish I would have read the reviews and not wasted 18 minutes waiting for a coffee. For reference it is October and the hotel is slow. Tomorrow I'll leave hotel and hey down the street

Although very tempting to order when staying at the lodge but DO NOT ORDER HERE. Inefficient with missed orders. Anything besides donuts is haphazardly made and inedible. Do yourself a favor and get food outside of the lodge.

This branch is inside the great wolf lodge hotel water park.There is long line in the morning which is normal however when I placed my order the supervisor said Sir your order is on us due to technical issue our POS is not working, I wanted to pay … she said very gently, your order is ready … enjoy it.Again and again, successful business is about providing the best customer experience.Thank you, ur guys are amazing.

Showed up 20 mins before they opened. The lady was doing her prep work and gave me a free cup of coffee while I waited. She also gave my kids some free donut holes. On top of everything she refused a tip because "You're on vacation, enjoy yourself". Wish I could give more stars.
