The nasty attitude lady who runs this place is gonna be the single hand reason this location closes down, the third time this month she refuses to make anything other than hot coffee or sweet tea. And that's after you sit at the drive thru sign for 10 minutes waiting for her to be ready to finish her conversation (that you can hear through the speaker). And she picks and chooses what she wants to make and god forbid she repeats herself bc you get hit with the "what I just said if you woulda listened was". Asked for a water and asked why she charged me $2.50 for water and 1.00 for pup cup for that water got hit with a "well I could be a real nasty person and charge you whatever I want." Shorter black lady with short hair and glasses. Always snarling saying rude things if you see her in person. Surprised she can be employed anywhere especially in a customer service setting. Won't be back!

Had an incident with my order and Samira was more than helpful. She quickly made a new coffee and gave it with a smile. A+ customer service.

Although very tempting to order when staying at the lodge but DO NOT ORDER HERE. Inefficient with missed orders. Anything besides donuts is haphazardly made and inedible. Do yourself a favor and get food outside of the lodge.

This branch is inside the great wolf lodge hotel water park.There is long line in the morning which is normal however when I placed my order the supervisor said Sir your order is on us due to technical issue our POS is not working, I wanted to pay … she said very gently, your order is ready … enjoy it.Again and again, successful business is about providing the best customer experience.Thank you, ur guys are amazing.

Showed up 20 mins before they opened. The lady was doing her prep work and gave me a free cup of coffee while I waited. She also gave my kids some free donut holes. On top of everything she refused a tip because "You're on vacation, enjoy yourself". Wish I could give more stars.

Ordered hash browns. Only got 5 pieces. Then my sister told me she heard them saying they ran out. If that's the case, the thing to do is let the customer know you don't have enough to make the order and ask "would you like something else?" I feel robbed.
