LOVELY place for an evening meal,good service. My Fillet Mignon was good,though I ordered it Medium,it came out more on the well side. My husband had the seafood platter,a bit small portion,but he said it was good. No salads were included with our meal,which was a bit odd concidering mine was $35 & Davids was $32,oh well.......Yes,we will go again.
Overall all the food was delicious. When it was time to go and I needed a to go box for my soup the waiter stated that they don't have to go boxes for the soup. This is weird since you can order take out. I ended up just leaving it and had it removed from my bill since I couldn't leave with it. I think he was just to lazy to look for a container because at one point he mentioned that he was stressed out.
To be honest, I was somewhat surprised how easily we got a table for a party of 6. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary with guests. Most of the high quality places in Williamsburg were booked due to the Grand Illumination. We were a little concerned having only read the website. We needn't have worried. The restaurant was clean with an upscale look, up to and including table settings. Florence, our server, was fantastic. The prices were exceptional. Extremely reasonable...
