First Watch

First Watch is a good place for breakfast. Food is always fresh and there is a large number of choices. Our favorite is the Trifecta which consists of waffle or pancakes, two eggs and choice of meat. The coffee is excellent! Well worth a visit.

I went for carryout three days ago and asked for my order. I was told, very condescendingly, that the food would be on the carryout shelf. Today I went again, looked at the shelf, saw nothing and waited. 20 minutes later a waitress asked what I was doing there. I told her, she walked back and got my order in 20 seconds. The morons at this "restaurant" are incompetent at best.

Lack of common sense by the manager and their host to not allow outdoor seating (it was 70 degrees on a December morning) due to limited staff because we had a pet and my 40week pregnant wife. I offered to get the food from the bar and deliver it to our table and was denied. Outdoor seating was empty and also 6 feet away from the nearest indoor table. Poor decisions from one of our favorite go-to places.

I was alone so I might be a little picky about the service. Food was excellent and as described. A little expensive for the area but I'm from Massachusetts so the same would be $5 more. Eggs were delicious and super fresh.

Had lunch it was busy had to sit at the bar. Food was cold.- soup . No napkins, dirty silverware. No drink refill offer until we got our check. We were disappointed not what we expected.

Got customer care feedback but email address didn’t work. So just trying to show they care ?

No locations in my area so when we are away we love to go. Sorry to see their skillet breakfasts are not in skillets any more. But the food was good as always and we would go again....
