I will never understand why the music has to be so damn loud in 5 Guys. You can hardly hear yourself think, much less hold a conversation. For we “older folks” it makes it harder to hear what the person behind the counter is saying.
The towel dispenser in the men’s bathroom is inoperative.

Restaurant was very clean. From the windows and bathroom to the floors. Staff greeted me and family as we entered. Food was done in a timely manner as well

Always a great experience. Beautiful location, clean atmosphere, great service with a small and love the food. They have a limited menu but do it well. If you know what you want can't go wrong.

This place is clean, the atmosphere is inviting, but there is not flavor in the burger. The burger is bland, without the toppings there is not flavor. Overall was a quick snack before the movie.

Always clean and food is decent. Not the quality of new local restaurants that opened around the area but nice to choose toppings.

Appreciate the current combo deal as it was getting too expensive for regular beef patties (not non GMO, Kobe or wagyu beef, etc).

Issue with ordering online. It FORCES you to pay at least 5% tip on any online orders otherwise the order will not go through. Sorry not paying tip on take out, fast food, and especially before I receive any service. Please remove this, it's insulting and this tip culture has gotten out of hand.

I have dined at approximately fifteen five guys in my life from NC, DC, FL, and in my home area in the tri cities of Virginia. I walked in and immediately noticed a gentleman staring at my daughters making them uncomfortable. We ordered and the cashier, Gary L did a fabulous job. He was friendly and aced the order. However, the manager/cook had 8-10 burgers off to the side on the grill because there was a steady flow of customers and I guess she wanted to not get behind? We got our cups and there was no ice! Both machines broke and no ice. Drinks were relatively cold so I did not complain much. Just got a “both machines aren’t working?” Like she did not know. I saw two to three tables in after and no mention of the ice being down, why? We got the food and there were no cups in the bags with fries. This is what they are known for right?? Huge portions of fries! Welp, not this location. Burgers did not have all the fixings on them that Gary repeated back correctly and was on the receipt. I spent $103.50 with my family for a $20 experience. Sad day and I won’t hold other locations accountable, but this manager was awful! Owning a restaurant, there is one thing you do, hold yourself to a higher standard and get things fixed! If you can’t, you find a way to make it work or at least notify customers of issues. This location needs to hit a reset button.
