Not worth $15 for a double cheeseburger. Overcooked and old patties, 14 min wait for just the burger when nobody else was in line and two customers ahead waiting for food. Hype is the only thing keeping this chain afloat. Asked for ketchup and looks like they thought I meant a spritz of ketchup!?
Took 20 minutes to take my order and I was first in line, one guy on counter taking phone order. Three employees were behind the second counter and a line was forming. When I got to counter everything I was asking for he something different. I repated most of my order 3 to 5 times and it was still wrong on the printed receipt which I said something to correct. Tables were dirty when we went to sit down. I may not be back.
Love everything about the place they are just highway robbery. I believe you get what you pay for so I should get beef brisket or steak between those buns instead of ground beef. If they lowered there prices just a tad. They would still make a killing if not more cause more people could afford to eat there more often.
