Update - Freddy’s has been great in recent visits. Very well run operation. Service is fantastic- very friendly and fast. Food is fantastic. I go back often. This is one of the best fast food places in the burg. Glad I gave them another chance!

Had the smoky bacon cheddar stacked, which was suggested by our counter person, Bridget. Bridget then brought our food out to our outside seating table. Great suggestion, Bridget and thank you for your kindness and hospitality. Bridget is truly an asset to Freddy’s.

What a fantastic place. As someone who worked QSR for over 24 years I am super impressed by your staff. Pleasant, helpful, courteous, and focused. Gentleman that waited on us was great. We don't come often so we stumbled through ordering a bit and he was helpful throughout. Great food. You're doing what everyone else does but you're doing it better. Great job! Great job posting your employees accomplishments on the wall behind the counter too.

As much as I was hoping for a local substitute for Culver's (if you haven't been - trust me it's amazing), Freddy's didn't get there for me. Service was great. Definitely felt welcomed and then taken care of but ended up feeling like the food was ok but just bland. Like without the Freddys seasoning I don't know if anything else is cooked with flavor.

That being said that seasoning is definitely like crack and I definitely want to buy it.

We do not have this restaurant near us and stopped on a road trip. We all enjoyed it! My husband is vegetarian and was able to get a veggie burger. Their shoestring fries were a hit! My kids also loved the milkshakes. We sat outside on their patio and ate with our dog. They even brought a miniature cup of ice cream out for our dog. Next time we are near a Freddy’s, we will check it out again.

The food was freshly prepared and dependably tasty. The frozen custard was yummy. It was my first time at the Williamsburg location, and I was there for Bingo night ... which was a disappointment. You only got 8 plastic chips to mark the cards so I had to tear a piece of paper into tiny squares in order to have enough to play. The games were incredibly drawn out, with a great deal of time between calling each number because the Bingo caller was multi tasking. Literally they only got through 2 games and I was there 2 hours. I'll continue to dine there when I'm in the burg because the food is good but for Bingo night at Freddy's, the Hampton location seems way better.

I would of gave 4 stars if it wasn’t for the, bathrooms for any gender which is pure bullshit, I been to plenty of Freddy’s 1st time I seen this , won’t be back to this location just because of that

the food here is always great but i just the cheese fries and i was not expecting fries with shredded cheese on top. delicious, don’t get me wrong and the service was top notch, but the fries were a little jarring

Waited in line for 20 minuets on August 10th 2025, employees stopped taking drive through orders at 9:40 so they could start wrapping up. What’s the point in having business hours if you’re going to mislead your customers.
