The McDonald's at coliseum and Mercury boulevard in Hampton is by far the worst I've ever dealt with in the US of A I don't know what they sell in there but it ain't no burgers cuz I always leave w no food. They shut the restaurant down for cleaning and won't say a thing to you if you sitin and drive through waiting to place a order you after waiting 20 min u realize they on a break. I've even seen a cashier sleep at the window.

The location in West Point was not a great representation of this management. Took 28 minutes in line to get our food. 13 of those minutes were spent in line after ordering from the drive through window. My burger was covered in onions and burnt on the edges. Probably thrown together. Staff was pleasant but clearly flustered. How could management help them?

Congratulations, you run the slowest McDonald's Franchise in history. Doesn't matter what location, I can expect no less than 20 minutes waiting in line while your employees are doing who knows what. I really appreciate your management sign on the side of each building, so I know not to waste my 20 minutes there and move on.

4045 Mercury Blvd, Hampton location....,I was asked to order on kiosk, ok..np. I waited approximately 8 min for my order. The fountain area was nasty, spills all over and no sweet tea, no straws, no large lids...I make my drive home 40 min away to get home & find my burger is still red inside. I can't even get my money back...building outside is beautiful...DON'T GO INSIDE...NASTY!

Horrible customer service! Nothing going to change. Just will stop going to the McDonald’s on Aberdeen and throughout Hampton. Customer service yeah none.. if could give them a zero than I would.

We have been visiting this McDonald's recently. It's very clean, orders are prepared quickly. Staff is very courteous & friendly. Adrian is GREAT ! Location is 217 FOX HILL RD HAMPTON. Keep up the good work!

Why I'm writing this is beyond me. Looking at your reviews, you don't care that your restaurants are garbage. Bet you'll care when people stop visiting these landfills! Mercury Blvd location. Why have the place open when its nasty and the staff either can't read or don't feel like reading your order, so they give you "whatever". Plus, it takes forever to get "whatever". Health dept should take your license!
