In my quest for sustenance, I stumbled upon the Gold Course Clubhouse Grill, a beacon of hope amidst my culinary dilemma. Made a day trip to Williamsburg. Explained I have food allergies. The person making our reservation made a note of this. When our server came to the table she was fantastic. She made sure with the chef about the ingredients and meal was delicious. Will definitely be back. Employees were all friendly and kind.

Our server, Jim (James R.) was very nice & checked in with us. We had the Farmer’s Greens salad which had the perfect mix of savory & sweet. It was large enough to share. The BBQ plate was great & the brisket was delicious. The manager, Michael, checked in on us as well. All of the employees were very friendly & we would definitely recommend going there. ( we were there at lunchtime)

We dined at the Golden Horseshoe Grill for lunch on 2 consecutive days. First, the Grill is the best kept secret in CW. But that appears to be changing because having reservations was a good thing. The service by Kevin was outstanding and the lunch menu is excellent and reasonably priced considering the location. We will continue to dine at the Grill when visiting CW.
Beautiful view of the golf course from dining room very warm and welcoming to us when entering the restaurant Barbecue outstanding as well as the Mac & cheese and collard greens ❤️? we will be back for lunch again !!!! B&j Bogese
Hamburger was ok, bun was on dry side. Other sandwich was prepared without requested chicken. Replaced but with delay, other diner had finished when their order had been remade. Provided complimentary desert for error made, again ok, nothing I'd order again.

Had lunch during an event across the street. Short wait. Food was amazing, exceeded expectations. Service was excellent, as well.
Kevin was an outstanding server/host. He made great recommendations on the menu and filled us in on the local happenings, which we appreciated. The food was fantastic, and the view from the terrace was incredible. Certainly, a perfect place to eat and we will certainly return.

Had lunch with the grandkids while visiting Williamsburg. Relaxing and nice setting. They were short a cook but didn’t seem any longer than I would expect for a group of 8.Kid-friendliness: Grandkids loved the view of the golf course and kid menu.

Venue is comfortable, relaxed and attractive, and although relatively small, feels spacious. Service was friendly and professional. Our server was Maddy (sp?) Food was very good. We met the manager, Michael Johnson. He is gregarious and professional. It is obvious he takes a lot of pride in the Golden Horseshoe. Overall, we very much enjoyed this dining experience.
