They advertise order ahead on the app so I placed the order for 12:30 pm and pick up option inside to avoid drive thru. Arrived at 12:35, inside was closed and only drive thru was open. Drive thru had 2 other cars. It took 15 mins was wait and then when reached the window the food wasn't even ready at 12:52 pm.
So what good are the choices for ordering head, and picking up inside to skip drive thru?
Their drive thru has always been slow.
Food is very good though.

One of the slowest and least attentive Hardee's I've been to. No sense of urgency; watched my food sit under the light for over ten minutes while someone went to apparently learn how to grow potatoes to make the French fries.

Pretty sure my car would have ran out of gas if I went through the drive through. Watched two people walk in, wait in line, and then leave because no one bothered to help.

Person who took my order had the personality of a dead moth. There was one guy (I think the shift manager) who was nice, attentive and polite. No one else seemed like they were interested in working.

Will never be eating here again, even though I drive through Williamsburg all the time.

This was the worst experience we’ve ever had at a Hardee’s. It took 15 minutes to get a Frisco breakfast sandwich and pork chop and gravy biscuit. There was a woman in the kitchen yelling about every order that came back. She was yelling so loudly, everyone could hear every word she said and many people in the lobby were talking about her poor treatment of her coworkers. When we finally got our food, we were missing hash browns. My Frisco sandwich sat on a tray most of the time we were waiting without heat. Subsequently, my food was luke warm. The restaurant needed a good deep cleaning. We will not be back. Ever.

Arrived at 830 pm on a Friday night and the lobby was closed because they had just mopped it, signs on the door said lobby closed at 10pm

I never get Hardee’s and this location just reminded me why. No hi, hello, I’ll be right w you as I stood there and then a “what can I get you?” Zero for customer service. Most sandwiches seem to be pre wrapped and sitting in the window; my breakfast sandwich was barely warm and old tasting. Just a waste of time and money.
