My biscuit was falling apart and my steak was cold and tasted like it had been sitting there all morning. I ask for crispy bacon for my wife’s bacon egg and cheese and did not get it. I will be going to McDonald’s from now on until you bring Sondra back.

The worse experience.. went to this location this morning trying to use a coupon through the app and for some reason the coupon wasn’t working but the manger could clearly see on my phone that the coupon was valid and it also said scan barcode in the store but she kept telling me I have to place a online to use it.. she offered nothing to compensate for me at all.. will not be back to this location.. customer service class needs to be taught at this location

Seems as if the server at the counter didn't want to be there. She ignored me until i made my presents known and then seemed perturbed that i would ask for things that should have been included in my order, like creamer for my coffee and a fork for my sausage and gravy order. First time visiting the William and Mary location. i never write off a restaurant based on a first visit so the next time i am out that way, i will give them another chance.

Loved the first impression! Clean restroom, clean restroom. Friendly server s. Food was prepared like Hardee's says it will be. Loved the nostalgic photo decor. The Hardee's in Lightfoot, VA cannot compare to this one on 143 in Williamsbur, VA.

The staff was extremely polite and courteous. One of the gentleman who worked there held the door while we came in. The guys behind the counter responded to other employees with “yes mam, & no mam. Very polite and friendly. I would highly recommend this place. We left McDonald’s that was across the street because they were so slow, and inconsiderate. When we asked if the lady could take our order, she responded, “I am busy, you can just wait “. So we left And very glad we did. Hardee’s was soooo much better. Great job staff!!

When there in the morning on October 7th to get some breakfast took one bite of my hashbrowns and instantly spit it out. Because you could taste that the oil was rancid. Walked into the store to get my refund and as soon as I walked in you could smell the racid and burnt oil. Will never return. Only left one star because you can't leave zero

The food was nasty, and they didn’t get my order right, there was poop on the toilet, not in it and it was clogged, the floors, tables and, chairs weren’t clean, no soap in the soap dispenser in the bathroom, overall it was disgusting.
