Seems as if the server at the counter didn't want to be there. She ignored me until i made my presents known and then seemed perturbed that i would ask for things that should have been included in my order, like creamer for my coffee and a fork for my sausage and gravy order. First time visiting the William and Mary location. i never write off a restaurant based on a first visit so the next time i am out that way, i will give them another chance.

Loved the first impression! Clean restroom, clean restroom. Friendly server s. Food was prepared like Hardee's says it will be. Loved the nostalgic photo decor. The Hardee's in Lightfoot, VA cannot compare to this one on 143 in Williamsbur, VA.

The staff was extremely polite and courteous. One of the gentleman who worked there held the door while we came in. The guys behind the counter responded to other employees with “yes mam, & no mam. Very polite and friendly. I would highly recommend this place. We left McDonald’s that was across the street because they were so slow, and inconsiderate. When we asked if the lady could take our order, she responded, “I am busy, you can just wait “. So we left...
