10/10 for sure! I believe the woman at the counter is the chef’s wife..she is the sweetest. I enjoyed the food very much. Rice was so flavorful and the chicken was very tender. The yum yum sauce I would take home by the bottle if I

It was my first time visiting, and the food was delicious! I will visit again to try the other items. The staff is friendly, and I can’t wait to see another location in the future!

This place is truly of the gems in the area. The food is made to order and absolutely delicious! It's take out only, no dine in. I love to order the sampler. It's about $25, but worth every penny. The portions are basically enough for TWO meals! Their homemade sauces are the cherry on top. Hibachi Buddha is owned and operated by a husband and wife team, and I'm proud to support their small business. They've got a real good thing going here. Trust me, you've never had hibachi like this before. Treat yourself!

First time visit was about 2 weeks ago, I ordered Shrimp Broccoli with Lo Mein for lunch, before my work day ended I went back to order the same thing for dinner as well as Shrimp Broccoli with fried rice. The food was excellent! I am not a big fan of Hibachi but they put a different spin on the way traditional Hibachi is prepared that included robust flavors and seasonings which I very much appreciated, And when Vashiona tells you to combine the ginger sauce and yum yum sauce together and put over WHATEVER you ordered.......believe her! Thank you for the wonderful experience Hibachi Buddha, wishing you continued success.

I've been meaning to try this restaurant for some time now and I shouldn't have waited this long! My son and I had it for lunch and it was soooo good that I went back for the rest of the family for dinner! (We had leftovers from lunch too)! The owners were the nicest they could be and while I was there locals which they knew by first names kept coming in. This to me is one of Williamsburg's top restaurants, the ginger sauce and rye yum yum sauce was the best I've ever had too!

Heard so many good things about this place so I had to try it. I was NOT disappointed. The lady that took my order was so kind- it’s made to order but worth it. Literally the best fried rice I’ve had in a long time. Everything from the seasoning, the meat was a higher quality than other places I’ve been and they just put love into the food. Got the veggie egg roll as well. The sauce is a must try! It’s ginger and yum yum. So so delicious.

This place is amazing . Started going here Thursday and have already been back twice the bed hibachi in Williamsburg and the sweetest and best customer service anyone can ask for. Only thing I’d say that could’ve been better was the space would love to bring more people there to dine in.

The lady at the counter was amazing! Very friendly and recommended a few different items. The food was good, but not your typical Japanese hibachi. The meat was well seasoned and had a good flavor but we were really craving Japanese style hibachi. My only complaint is that the price is high for the amount of meat you get. They do load you up with rice, but the meat is where it’s at. I know everything cost more now, but for the same cost we could have gone Kyoto and had a sit down meal. We got two chicken fried rice combos, a general tso’s, two egg rolls and a pack of freeze dried candy ($8). Our total with a 15% tip was $75. Again, the customer service was 5 stars and if you’re looking for chicken and sticky rice you’ll LOVE it. If you do go, try the ginger sauce. It’s fire! They need to bottle it and sell it.

Loved the food but the owners are just so nice that you want to come back just for them haha. I loved getting to talk to them and hear about their start as a business while the food was being cooked. Really genuine people who care about their community. I got the beef lo mein and the pork eggroll. Everything was delicious! :)Parking: Only a few spots in front of their place. not complaining, they were available when we needed them, just letting people know in case they have a larger party.

Staff was very kind and gracious when I entered the store. There is very limited seating therefore truly a takeout restaurant. Woman at counter explained the menu today. I order the hibachi Buddha with all 3 meats and a chicken yak. The hibachi was delicious with good flavors. My only issue was only getting 3 shrimp for the price but they were really delicious . The chicken yak was my only disappointment because I am used to yak having lots of broth and this had very little at the bottom and the noodles were slightly overcooked. The flavor of the brother was great! I'd would definitely go back and continue to try other items. I wish them the best.

First off as a heads up, they are closed 3:30pm-4:30pm everyday just as a break as the owner is the only chef. The store itself is cozy with just a couple small tables to sit at while you wait for your takeout. It is takeout only. With this cozy atmosphere also is the homely atmosphere provided by the staff. It was my first time stopping in and they ring a bell for all first timers. In terms of food, I ordered the chicken fried rice, chicken egg roll, and crab cake egg roll (special). They give you yum yum sauce and ginger sauce with the meal. They also recommend that you combine the sauces to create a "magic" sauce. Let's dive in to the food. The egg rolls were divine. I probably could have eaten 5 or 6. They are bigger than average egg rolls and hand rolled in the shop. When I go back I think I'll just get a few of these. The chicken fried rice was good. The chicken was fresh and had a good flavor too it. The rice was also good especially when you drizzle the sauce into it. It is a deceptive amount of rice. While they say it's just for one, I could have easily shared it with someone. I am overjoyed that this place has opened in Williamsburg. Being here for a while, it gets hard finding new places. It's also always great to know that you are supporting a local business!
