Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant

They gave me an old bowl of food. I ordered general Taos and requested that they fried the chicken hard.. instead they gave me over cooked egg rolls .. when I showed up to return the food there were egg rolls on pans all throughout the kitchen and nothing covering it .. looked really unsanitary.. I couldn’t eat that food I don’t recommend

Me and my husband food was not good!!! Our food was extremely salty to the point both of us could not eat it. The portions were good but the food was nt good at all.

Was looking for vegetarian food. Ordered mushu vegetables and Kung Pao tofu. While the food and the atmosphere is not amazing, it is the best value out there. This type of Chinese restaurant always gets a bad rep because some people expect a fine dining experience or misunderstand the host due to the language differences. She is trying her best to answer phones, take orders, hand out orders at the same time all day, so if you are giving one star because how she put the pen down then it is not a restaurant review anymore.

I looked on the menu online ordered house fried rice said it was $7 and something when I got there was $16 I said something to the lady she goes all we don't have a menu online that's what that's the phone number I used to call again so I'll never go back there after ripping people off on the price

Came to Williamsburg Virginia to visit family and decided to have Chinese food. I went to Hong Kong and the customer service was horrible. The lady was mean and rude and disrespectful. They had roaches in the building. They did not wash their hands. I asked for my money back, and they declined. Not only that they overcharged me I would never return to this place again disrespectful nasty disgusting horrible customer service do not clean up I’m surprised they are still in business. Definitely will be reaching out to the health department.

Awesome little spot with cheap, delicious food. We got really tasty hot and sour soup, steamed dumplings, general tsos chicken AND a bean curd vegetable dish. The service was excellent, prices reasonable. Great place to come after a day on the rides!

Vegetarian options: Good options, nice tofu options and very helpful in explaining vegetarian options.

We ordered here tonight and the lady who served us was so beyond rude, they messed up our order too and we did not find out until we got home. The order was not even close to what we had placed online. She called us to yell “WHITE OR BROWN??!” and kept shouting at my partner and I over and over again on the phone. Will never return because of how embarrassed we are at her behavior along with severely messing up our food… very disappointing as there are no decent Chinese restaurants in the Williamsburg area. If you call in, expect to be yelled at and argued with over the menu.

I order here often and the lady is always more respectful. This time I chose to call my order in and she is not so respectful. They rushed my order and the price was not expected for what I ordered. When you don't listen to your customers about what they want with their food you will start to lose business.
