I had an absolutely fantastic time at the Hooters in Williamsburg! The vibe was laid-back and fun, and the food definitely did not disappoint. The chicken tenders were cooked perfectly and crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavor. The fried pickles were hands down some of the best I’ve had! They were crispy, tangy, and addictive. And the boneless wings..... Incredible! Tossed in just the right amount of sauce with that perfect balance of heat and flavor. What really took the experience to the next level, though, was my server and bartender, Niah. She was absolutely awesome from start to finish. Her energy, attentiveness, and professionalism was top-notch. She made some of the best drinks I’ve had in a while. They were smooth, strong, and mixed to perfection. On top of that, she gave excellent recommendations for food, really knowing the menu inside and out. You could tell she takes pride in her work and truly enjoys what she does. Her service made the whole visit memorable, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of her! If you're ever in Williamsburg and want great food, amazing drinks, and even better service, make sure you stop by Hooters and ask for Niah you won’t regret it!

Probably one of the better locations I've been to. WINGS were on point. My lovely was Whitney i believe. She was great. Very knowledgeable about the area and took care of me very well. The bartender was fantastic as well. Loved her personality. All and all this location is doing it right!!

We had the BEST waitress her name was Lisa.it was a couple weeks ago on a Saturday.she was so friendly and on top of everything.the food was excellent and she was top notch.my dad hasn't been to a Hooters in about 20 years.he enjoyed his food and definitely the service.thanks so much for making our experience a great one.we appreciate you Lisa.

Contrary to the name of the restaurant, they did not have any owls on the menu. It was kinda dirty here too, there were fries and some kind of sauce left over from the people before us - but I'm mostly just upset about the lack of owls. The Long Islands were gold though! 🦉

My husband and I arrived at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, 10/9/2024 and were seated immediately. Two waitresses were in the area of our booth multiple times to provide service to the booth in front of us and also the booth in back of us. Neither waitress acknowledged us, no one took our drink order or indicated that they would be with us shortly. After more than 15 minutes of being ignored, we left. As we were walking out the door, we noticed one of the waitresses sitting at a table doing nothing. We went elsewhere for dinner. We wondered why the parking lot was nearly empty when we arrived, now it is obvious. Poor service - would not recommend.
