We had the BEST waitress her name was Lisa.it was a couple weeks ago on a Saturday.she was so friendly and on top of everything.the food was excellent and she was top notch.my dad hasn't been to a Hooters in about 20 years.he enjoyed his food and definitely the service.thanks so much for making our experience a great one.we appreciate you Lisa.

Contrary to the name of the restaurant, they did not have any owls on the menu. It was kinda dirty here too, there were fries and some kind of sauce left over from the people before us - but I'm mostly just upset about the lack of owls. The Long Islands were gold though! 🦉

My husband and I arrived at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, 10/9/2024 and were seated immediately. Two waitresses were in the area of our booth multiple times to provide service to the booth in front of us and also the booth in back of us. Neither waitress acknowledged us, no one took our drink order or indicated that they would be with us shortly. After more than 15 minutes of being ignored, we left. As we were walking out the door, we noticed one of the waitresses sitting at a table doing nothing. We went elsewhere for dinner. We wondered why the parking lot was nearly empty when we arrived, now it is obvious. Poor service - would not recommend.

I have never been disappointed at Hooters until today. We were seated right away. Waitresses waited on the tables on either side of us. We waited 15 minutes and a waitress had not been to our table to get our drink orders. So we left. I have never had a problem with the service at other locations.

Horrible experience we sat for over 30 mins waiting for our food with no drinks. When we finally got our food I was ready to leave and talked to the manager he was nice at first the waitress yelled and screamed at me because I asked for my money back I had multiple staff members rush up on me like they were wanting to fight after the waitress yelled. The manager on duty came up and asked me to leave I tried explaining I was waiting on my change. He then proceeded to tell me that I wasn't welcome there anymore this location has gone downhill needless to say I will not be back and would advise everyone not to visit this crappy place
