Insomnia Cookies

Last night was our first time trying these cookies. They were delicious! However, the girl working the counter had poor work ethic and was rude. She was visibly annoyed when we came in at 5pm and checked out the menu to decide what to order. She answered her phone while she was at the counter and got annoyed when we started ordering but didn’t tell her we wanted the 6-pack. I had my kids with me and I could see they were uncomfortable. We were having such a great day but to come in and get that type of treatment at a cookie shop of all places was pretty disappointing.

Staff was friendly, clean and a small establishment. The cookies were good but not worth the price I paid for six. We won't be back.

This place was absolutely phenomenal. The staff were extremely sweet and offered us suggestions and samples and we didn’t feel like we were being rushed. The food was outstanding and if I lived here this would become a regular place for me. I got the cookie-wich with my choice of chocolate chunk cookies and the ice cream cookie d’ough in the middle, and I devoured it in minutes. Everybody else in my group was more than satisfied with their food as well. I would recommend this to everyone I know… if I didn’t live four hours away.

This place was AMAZING the staff was so sweet, offered to give their opinion on thing to help us, and overall super sweet. Cookies and ice cream was AMAZING. Please go there!

We felt so welcomed!!!! The employee was very patient and friendly. We will definitely be back. My son and I went for my birthday and it was worth every bite!!!! 😋

I walked into Insomnia Cookies at 2 a.m. like a broke philosopher contemplating the meaning of life and snack options. One whiff of that warm, sugary air and I knew, this wasn’t just a bakery. This was a temple. A sanctuary. A full-blown cookie cathedral.

I ordered a classic chocolate chip, because I’m a purist. I took one bite and I swear on my sleep-deprived soul, angels literally started singing “Take Me There” by Madonna. Not figuratively. Not metaphorically. We’re talking full choir, white robes, light beams from the ceiling, and one angel hitting that high note like their eternal salvation depended on it.

The cookie? Gooey. Warm. Slightly crispy on the edges with a center so soft it made me question every bad decision I’ve ever made that didn’t involve ordering this cookie. The chocolate chips were so melty I had to resist the urge to call everyone in my contacts to brag about it.

Let’s be real, Insomnia Cookies isn’t just dessert. It’s an emotional experience. It’s therapy. It’s that late-night text that says “you up?” and actually delivers. If self-care had a taste, it would be these cookies.

I’ve bought from here twice and was upset about the presentation the first time was my cookie and ice cream separate like wat? And the second time my cookie was put at the bottom of this little cup that made feel jipped out of 2 scoops since I’m being forced to pay for that much and the cup is way too small to fit a cookie and 2 scoops

I've never been to an Insomnia cookies but my first experience was great. We went around maybe 10 PM on Sunday 2/16 and both of the men that were working were so friendly. Great customer service and the cookies/ice cream we got were all delicious. I can't wait to come back and probably get the same thing again!
