I did not get the name but the nice man at the counter was very nice. I came for a pickup order and they were so friendly I came back for more. The cookies are delicious and hot and the staff is very friendly. The cookies really are amazing though. Probably the best cookie I ever had. The store is also clean and smells amazing

A little pricey for cookies. Certainly better than crumbl but pricewise I'll just stick to 7-11

We really loved the cookies. We got a 9 pack of cookies and they were amazing. We got all different kinds and honestly they were all very good! Even the next day they were still soft and really delicious.

Awesome service and amazing cookies

Horrible, waited for almost 45 mins for our order that I paid, only to find people coming in for free cookies and getting their order on the spot. I got an easy order and it took me to get up for them to acknowledge that I’m still waiting. I told them I wanted my money back for this and I asked for a free cookie after they gave back my money since people were getting cookies for free. While I was getting my money back the employee got stubborn with me and talked back with a horrible attitude. This was a very very disappointing experience especially driving down for about 20 minutes to get a cookie

We came up from NJ for vacation this week. We were so excited to try Insomnia cookie. We had 7 items ordered… 5 on one and 2 on another. The 5 items came out and then we sat there for 20 minutes waiting for the second order. We watched as many people came in and got FREE COOKIES because of and instagram post but our order NEVER came out. We finally just asked for our order to be refunded and the person behind the counter got pretty aggravated and nasty when we said we even tipped their jar. “We just can’t go in and take out money” was what was said as he started telling us to look around at HOW BUSY THEY WERE…. Mind you they were busy handing out cookies for free when we PAID!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not happy and completely disappointed! Insomnia cookie…. Teach your people how to handle customer interactions!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!

Last night was our first time trying these cookies. They were delicious! However, the girl working the counter had poor work ethic and was rude. She was visibly annoyed when we came in at 5pm and checked out the menu to decide what to order. She answered her phone while she was at the counter and got annoyed when we started ordering but didn’t tell her we wanted the 6-pack. I had my kids with me and I could see they were uncomfortable. We were having such a great day but to come in and get that type of treatment at a cookie shop of all places was pretty disappointing.

Staff was friendly, clean and a small establishment. The cookies were good but not worth the price I paid for six. We won't be back.
