Awesome cookies and great customer service.
I've never been to an Insomnia cookies but my first experience was great. We went around maybe 10 PM on Sunday 2/16 and both of the men that were working were so friendly. Great customer service and the cookies/ice cream we got were all delicious. I can't wait to come back and probably get the same thing again!
I tried a red velvet cheesecake filled cookie and it was delicious. I’ve seen these cookies online before but we don’t have the stores where I live. I was in town visiting my mom and she tried some and became a fan as well. Also, the guy working was cool too! Great service.
Wonderful location. Stays open late. Cookies are made to perfection.

I have come here several times since moving to the area. I just want to say that Lindsey is a gem and an absolute delight every time I come. The store is lucky to have her. And it always smells intoxicating when you come in. Thank you for being so kind and creating an awesome atmosphere!

The guy at the front was really cool and nice. He let us sample the ice creams, he recommended things and he gave me and my family a free cookie. All of the cookies were warm and gooey. The ice cream was good too. W Guy At The

Delivery order. Ordered Fairlife 2% got Shamrock whole milk. Annoying.

Awesome cookies. My kids loved them. The classic is a good size for children. My wife and I shared a deluxe S'mores cookie. It was large and delicious. We will be back to try the ice cream.

Your Uber Eats food prep is basically non functional at night even though you advertise open. I waited two hours for cookies to be made and delivered. Never came. Just said “food prepping “ for hour and a half.
Uber confirmed problem was with the store. Called your store, no answer. yet still open
Take your service off uber or doordash if you can’t prep food at night or day. What a waste of time.
First time there. The man with glasses in the front gave me a free chocolate chip as a first time customer. I was SO IMPRESSED. This place has the best chocolate chip cookie I think I've ever tried. Try them. They're worth it! The prices are fair and they have awesome customer service
