So my sister is crazy about this place. I give it a 4 star only due to the name with it being open so late to get fresh baked cookies when you’re craving it’s a bonus. The cookies are okay if I’m in the area but not something I would go out of my way for. They have different varieties of cookies, ice cream, butter cream and cream cheese icing, and drinks like milk…hint hint….they are served warm, in a box. The staff were so patient and excellent.

I had ordered 200 chocolate cookies to distribute to my employees for National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day. I drove all the from Sandston to pick these up (the Richmond store was shut down.) I didn't count the cookie as all boxes were sealed and honestly that's a lot of cookies to count. I trusted that the order was correct. I got back to the office and started putting the cookies into bags for distribution and I was short by 4 dozen cookies. I called and spoke with the owner who stated that she would credit me for the missing cookies and send me a voucher or something for some free cookies. To date I have not received either the credit or the voucher. Not a good way to conduct business. We will never do business with the Williamsburg store again. I will caution anyone making large cookie purchases to have them unseal the boxes and count them. It's not like these cookies are cheap.

They ran out of cannoli filled cookies at my local spot, so I drove almost 3 hours for these cookies! Worth every minute. The chocolate chip cannoli filled cookies are everything I imagined they would be, so delicious! Chocolate chunk cookies are enormous and the peanut butter and s’mores were also amazing. Served warm, they can’t be beat! Glad I made the trip. If I didn’t have to drive so far, I definitely would have gotten the chipwich ice cream sandwich too!???

I just got off the phone with my sister who told me today was insomnia cookie day. She said you get a free chocolate chips cookie if you spend $5. My total came to 5.40 before taxes and guess what I wasn’t offered…. A free chocolate chip cookie. I wish I would’ve spoken to her 15 minutes ago before I left the store with two cookies. My issue is it would’ve been great customer service to mention this deal instead of letting customers leave to find out later. I’m kind of pissed at the service and tip I gave now

The location and staff was great. But I just don't get the hype around these cookies. They're good when fresh, but not amazing. Plus once they cool off and you go to eat them later, they're pretty mediocre
