Jersey Mike's Subs

Went to this location last night 12/18 and wanted my bread slightly warmed on grill and was told that’s only for hot subs. What makes it a difference ? I thought customers were always right how hard was it to simply toast some bread on the grill . I will never return to this location plus veggies were old looking and bacon had flies landing on it will not recommend

Staff unprofessional and rude. Waited 20 minutes for a guy to say “ i was putting on new gloves” to order my food…yea ok never going back

No fresh bacon. Wanted crisp, fresh bacon….none to be found. 1/4 of my club 8 had nothing but meat and cheese on it….no lettuce, tomato, etc. Forgot the mayo….had to use squeeze bottle out of a drawer. $20 for a sub far below normal Jersey Mike standards….quite disappointing. Indigestion as I’m writing this.

It was clean inside but I work close by so I had pre ordered my food so that I could get it quick on my lunch but when I arrived 15 later then my order it had not even been started yet so a little aggravated when I only have a short time but I might try another day to see if it happens again.

Ordered two giant portabella subs with extra portabella which cost more. There was nothing extra, nor were they subs dressed.

Went in on 8/31/24. As I was waiting on my take out order I watched an employee pickup a whole piece of bread that had fallen from the bread holder to the floor and as it sat there for a minute he proceeded to pick it up and place it in the bread holder to be served to customers. Won’t be back to this location again?

The staff greeted us as soon as soon as we walked through the door and was very patient while we decided what we wanted. The sub's we got were very good.

Has anyone else had there change not given to them?I paid with cash, I should have received 70 cent back. He's closed the cash drawer and said thank you.So someone is stealing customers money a dew cent at a time!!

I had a problem with an order, I paid for something, I did not receive the item, I asked customer service for the $5.55 refund customer support at the NJ headquarters said the owner would reach out to talk about it. Took over 30 days and it finally got resolved with zero help from the owner. In the headquarters notes they claim they asked the store owner to reach out to me multiple times, the owner never did.I used to go to this Jersey Mike's up to 5 times a week.I don't plan on ever going again.Same applies to the Monticello Ave store.I have zero respect for this/these franchise owner.

The sandwich was tasty but the meat was so thin you could see through it. It was like a wish sandwich. I wish it had more meat for the exorbitant cost of a giant. Service was excellent. It is always cold in the shop.

Really good cheese steak and Italian sub. Didn't expect a chain to be as good as it is. Will definitely go back.
