Jersey Mike's Subs

There is a reason this location is 3.4 vs the Monticello location is 4.5. Consistently wrong online orders. It's my bad for not completely unwrapping my order each and every time to make sure it's correct. Done with paying xtra for protein we didn't get and/or completely wrong subs.

I give instructions on putting the vinegar and olive oil on the side, last time they put it on my sub, this time, didn’t at it to delivery, wont answer their phone, whet is management?

This location is filthy—counters, floors, even the grill. Employees were more focused on hanging out and debating who should clean than actually doing their jobs. One even handed his friend a brownie and walked her out while the others made my food on a dirty counter (I had to ask them to wipe it first). Completely unprofessional, and clearly not a one-time issue. I’ll keep driving farther to Monticello where standards are higher.

I went to jersey mikes and I took a bag of chips and they were very stale. Highly disappointed do better.

Sandwich was made in front of me. Cheese was not melted, onions tased Burt, cheese was all at the bottom of the sub. My #17 was made better at there other store. Will not return here.

I actually enjoy Jersey Mikes normally but this particular location provided a very poor experience. I arrived to pick up my two take out orders and when I walked in they were making the two sandwiches. Once I arrived one of the workers asked me if I was picking up and I said yes. He said it was almost done, the sandwiches were being made. The strange thing was, once they spoke to me, they pushed my two sandwiches aside and made everyone else’s sandwiches. In fact, it was nearly 20 minutes before they completed my sandwiches. They were so rude they completely smashed my sandwiches and gave me attitude while handing me the food. What a waste of money.

I expected more. it was only my second time, 1st was jersey sandwich was excellent here mediocre at best . kids in back on phones while customers waiting 2 were working the other 2 no idea.

This is the best Jersey Mike’s location I’ve set foot in. Staff was friendly, sandwich came out fast, and the store was clean.

This particular store has extremely poor customer service. Especially for delivery services ie. Door Dash. There is a curly haired full bearded guy (claims his name is Collen) that acts like the manager(not sure if he is) that routinely puts subs aside of dashers causing pick-up delays. He won't wait on me when I arrive and treats delivery folks like dirt. I live near by and will NOT buy a sandwich from this particular Jersey Mikes as well as NOT recommend them to anyone I know. The owner would best be served to train him in his customer service skills.

Went to this location last night 12/18 and wanted my bread slightly warmed on grill and was told that’s only for hot subs. What makes it a difference ? I thought customers were always right how hard was it to simply toast some bread on the grill . I will never return to this location plus veggies were old looking and bacon had flies landing on it will not recommend

Staff unprofessional and rude. Waited 20 minutes for a guy to say “ i was putting on new gloves” to order my food…yea ok never going back
