Juans just lost this customer over chips and salsa. I've been a regular patron here since the week they opened. This was my go-to place for Mexican mainly because I live a block away. Last night I ordered a taco salad for pick up ($11). When I asked for chips and salsa I was told that would be $5.50. Anytime I got any entree to go before it came with chips and salsa. I can't understand why when I dine in it's the first thing they bring you, yet for takeout they charge for them. It wasn't always this way. Hopefully they rethink this and change course. They might make a few pennies less in profit, but they'll make none when I and others go elsewhere.

If you’re looking for some quick friendly Mexican food this is the place. I had two orders of carne asada fries, multiple tacos, and a margarita. The carne asada plates came out with inconsistent amount of toppings but that was the only complaint. The waiter was very attentive and the food was great. The place is also very kid friendly.

Best Mexican in Williamsburg hands down. I love the taco selection - every one I have tried so far has been absolutely delicious. My favorite so far is the taco de lengua. I love the sides of pickled red onions, radish, and the flame roasted jalapeño. The 3 taco salsas are also on point - I assume they are a chile de arbol red salsa, a salsa verde, and a jalapeño salsa. My only disappointment is the salsa served with the chips - it’s kind of boring which is surprising given how delicious everything else is.

Love the Taco al Pastor I believe is the best in the 757! Better than Mexicali and better than Maria Bonita Taqueria or Cantina! Fantastic Tacos al pastor!!! Will be back every week! Must try the Birria! Great friendly service!

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant. I love the braised beef and cheese taco, and I like that I can order just one, it has a lot of beef. The drinks are very good as well, don't drink too many because they are not weak. The staff is friendly and the service is great.

Food is subject to what you order... we order three different plates one excessively salty, one excessively grassy, and one with no flavor at all overall waste of money. The drink...aguas frescas is really watery to the point and is just sugar with a little flavor you get a big beer-looking cup but is mostly ice and water with sugar and a little flavor. Service is meh. The server came to our table very energetic (the guy) and you could read the willingness to help by his actions but the female although polite, however, wasn't as attentive. The ambiance offers an atmosphere of good music and entertainment.t I recommend making it a bar with small plates cause your big plates and nonalcoholic drinks are a no-go. I am taking my business elsewhere.
