We stopped in on a whim, we VERY rarely get KFC. The staff here was amazing! So friendly and helpful. We got A LOT of chicken for very little money and the chicken was hot, fresh, and delicious. The best part: the sauces. While other fast food restaurants have gotten very stingy with their sauces, not this place. They loaded us up with whatever we asked for. We go to Wburg every year and this will be a new stop on our yearly trek.

Food is okay. It is KFC. This location must not have enough people. The last two visits required a long wait because they were out of extra crispy. If you drive up and they say it will be awhile, you should plan on parking and waiting inside.
Chicken was good. The batter seemed a bit thin for extra crispy.

I don't know why this Kentucky fried chicken has a hard time with having chicken pot pies. I went a week ago and asked for 2 pot pies ( because they are good plus it's on special). They only had one. So I tried again at 2 pm.. they said they were out for the day. It's 2 pm. You think if it's advertised they would try to have some. I get it if was dinner time and they ran out. So call before you drive there and they not have any. ( And it just wasn't 2 times. It happens a lot. Sometimes they say it will be an hour for one. ) It's sad because they do have good food.

If I can give negative review on service, I would. Register did not get the order right. A lot of order was missing. Register is talking about certain customer on a customer. They should be re-train or re-certify. Not surprise that this branch is below 4 stars.

The worker Connie needs to be fired. Spent a ridiculous amount of time talking to the customer ahead of me. Gave me an attitude and passed me the wrong order. I called the store and it was the same incompetent worker named Connie who gave me attitude immediately upon answering the phone. I know its a fast food job and probably the best she can do at her age but this is ridiculous and uncalled for. I was on my lunch break for work and I had to sped it dealing with Connie a rude, incompetent, neglectful, appetite destroying,lazy worker.

2/9/2025 - Went here while on vacation and the place was very clean. Service was great. The workers there were very nice. We ordered just a couple basic meals, not a family meal and it all came out very good.

Horrible customer service, i was being yelled at by a worker(cashier) all because I was unsure of a certain menu item. The food isn’t worth the hassle.
The cashier was rude as fudge. The girl was training by herself with no help. Not to mention she told the people that dine in to come and get there food.
