If I can give negative review on service, I would. Register did not get the order right. A lot of order was missing. Register is talking about certain customer on a customer. They should be re-train or re-certify. Not surprise that this branch is below 4 stars.

The worker Connie needs to be fired. Spent a ridiculous amount of time talking to the customer ahead of me. Gave me an attitude and passed me the wrong order. I called the store and it was the same incompetent worker named Connie who gave me attitude immediately upon answering the phone. I know its a fast food job and probably the best she can do at her age but this is ridiculous and uncalled for. I was on my lunch break for work and I had to sped it dealing with Connie a rude, incompetent, neglectful, appetite destroying,lazy worker.

2/9/2025 - Went here while on vacation and the place was very clean. Service was great. The workers there were very nice. We ordered just a couple basic meals, not a family meal and it all came out very good.

Horrible customer service, i was being yelled at by a worker(cashier) all because I was unsure of a certain menu item. The food isn’t worth the hassle.

Placed a mobile order about 15 minutes before I arrived. I'm on crutches with my foot wrapped up so headed thru the drive thru (This was about 3:50 on a Tuesday so not during a rush or anything) lady was difficult about a simple request of hey can I get my food at the drive thru? Like it was ready already paid for just a single bag all they had to do was hand it out the window. Nope she told me twice pickup is inside only and the I said well my foot is kinda wrapped up right now. She then goes well just pull around and we will bring it out. So you had to argue about this and then just be difficult about it? Thanks for bringing it out but I really had to explain myself to get handed a bag of food I already paid for that was ready to go. To make it even better I get home and every single sauce (the included ones and the extras paid for weren't in the bag!). So bad service and with the bad service comes inaccurate service.

My husband and I went there on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at about 3pm. We wanted to get the Tuesday $10/8pc dark meat extra crispy chicken (take out). We have been coming here since July. 2014, and have ALWAYS left satisfied! Today, however, when I asked for all or mostly thighs, the “Manager” informed me they don’t substitute pieces (they have given me thighs ever since we started coming here but he informed me that HE was the Manager now and there will be NO substitutions)!! Plus, he also informed me that they don’t have any extra crispy, only original! He said he would give me breasts and legs (extra crispy)…I thought they didn’t substitute, hmmmmm. I asked why they didn’t have any dark meat extra crispy when Tuesday is there $10 Special! I was informed that since this was not their “busy time”, they don’t cook it because it would sit and dry out!! Hmmmm again, but they had plenty of ORIGINAL, guess THAT doesn’t get dry 😏!!!!!! So I said what will I get…he said 4extra crispy breasts, and 4 legs. I said ok. I took my order and went home…when I opened the box, what I REALLY had was…2 breasts, 4 wings, and 2 legs!!!!! I don’t eat wings AT ALL…for some reason, he CAN substitute if HE wants to!!!! Needless to say, we ate the breasts and threw the rest away!!!!!! Guess we paid $10 for 2 breasts…kinda expensive if you ask me!!!! I have NEVER been so disappointed in my life! Guess we’ll wait a few months (they should have a new manager by then, we hope), and try again….if HE is there, we will walk out and eat somewhere else that has professional management…oh, and by the way, while they were preparing our order, the “Manager was busy looking at his phone the whole time, AND he was so distracted he almost forgot the 2 small potatoes I ordered…he had to call me back…put the phone down and be the MANAGER you SAY you are!!! You need a different Manager'!!!!!!!!!!!!!
