King Crab Juicy Seafood

The server was very nice, unfortunately the food will not bring us back. Oysters tasteless, husband said crab cakes were okay. Glad we didn't spend money on the boils.

First I’m going to start with the good part The flavor was Really good lobster was amazing and they added a good amount of sauce which we love ! The reason I’m giving them 3 stars is because the potatoes were not cooked all the way they were so hard and the crawfish literally wouldn’t come out the tail without falling apart into tiny pieces and it was brown colored ! Second when I called and told them what happened with the potatoes I didn’t even complain about the other stuff just the potatoes !! the guy literally laughed and said “ I mean we’ve been serving the same stuff all day and have had no problems “ like I just wanted potatoes sir I’m not even asking for a refund I’m telling you the potatoes are hard as hell and he was like what’s your number so I can give you a discount for next time ?? won’t be back I rather go to twisted crab in Newport News

I bought the seafood in the bag, my corn & potatoes tasted so old I had to trash it. The noodles were like linguini I would've preferred ramen style. The taste of the sauce was good and I ate the seafood. The customer service was great.

food was average and reasonably priced good place for families and small groups they are having issues with getting enough servers so the ones they have working are a little busy so not as attentive as before

Just went with hubby and honestly the food was great. We both ordered the boil bags with Crab, Lobster, and shrimp. The food was delicious. The reason I put 3 stars is because the bathroom was disgusting ?. Apparently there is a bad leak, so there was a really nasty stained rag wrapped around the faucet. Then a large mop bucket filled with dirty water under the sink catching the leaking water. The floor was really wet and it was just unsanitary. I paid $95.00 for the 2 of us and was completely turned off after seeing the bathroom. I wouldn't dare use there facilities. I dont think Ill be back until they fix these unsanitary issues.

Was a little hesitant to visit this place after reading other reviews but chose it anyways. We wanted to order dungeness special without sausage and replace it with shrimps but our server said we couldn’t do that and didn’t even offer any alternatives. So we chose to have Snow crab lover & Lobster catch. Eating Snow crab is time consuming compared to dungeness and King crabs, so will stay away from it in future and stick to dungeness/king. The Cajun seasoning in garlic butter was exceptional.

Food is great but I’ve been sitting here for 25+ minutes waiting on drink refills and ketchup with no waitress in sight. We’re the only table in the restaurant. And…someone in the back is smoking. It smells of cigarettes. I don’t even know how to pay to get out of here because no one has been to check on us ?

Seated right away for dinner. Drinks and food came out very fast. Food and drinks were very good. Only complaint was check came before we asked so never got another round of drinks. If you’re looking for a boil, this is a good spot.

The food was amazing I got everything that I asked for and couldn't have been happier. I was pleasantly surprised that I asked for the extra hot sauce and it was actually hot. Most places say hot and really don't have hot so it was greatly appreciated we'll definitely be returning soon

Decided to go here randomly while staying at a hotel behind the building and was not disappointed! We had a party of 10 and the staff made sure that all of us were well served! I ordered the snow crab combo with extra eggs and corn with some heat! We were very quiet that night as we devoured it! The seasonings were delicious! I also loved the hush puppies. There's a drink menu and 6 dollar drinks like rum/coke and vodka cranberry which made me very happy as well! We had family visiting from another country and the kids said it was their favorite meal they've had on their trip in America!

five stars definitely deserved! would recommend this place to anyone that’s visiting the area! food was exactly the way we wanted it and was delicious! our server was very personable and attentive! best food on the whole trip! will be going back! 100/10

Food was mediocre, the tea was terrible, tasted like it had been sitting around for a long time, waitress had to be flagged down when we needed something, more melted butter had no drink refill. We were the only table in dining room no other customers should have been a clue. Bathroom was terrible, bathroom sink was leaking, could tell been that way for awhile. Towels sopping wet wrapped around faucet and mop bucket underneath sink. When walking back to table noticed large cockroach, was dead and two employees sitting nearby. Only good thing I could say was my friend that dined with me. Will not return.

We had the slow boil, and crayfish. Both were wonderful and very reasonable priced. Seasoned to perfection and fresh. Service was quick, and courteous. We did go on a Monday evening, they weren't busy at all. Would highly recommend
