The worst sushi bar experience in years. Dead silence. The sushi chef was near hostile. We commented on the dead silence and were asked if we wanted the Golf Channel turned up. The sashimi was cut into bizarre sizes. We go out for dinner often. We wanted to like this place. Two positive observations. The fish was fresh and the server was enthusiastic and friendly. If that was sashimi deluxe I shudder at what the standard is.

Always a great time and great food. The customer service and ambiance are great. My daughter is always excited from the walk from the parking lot, passing the garden and koi fish, to the table past the water fountain. The cooking show is our favorite part. Each chef has their own flare that makes our dinner exciting. One of the few places that actually seasons the food! Not just salt and pepper but other seasonings! They definitely do not need guidance on how to prepare your food. The steak is always perfect. Overall, one of the best Japanese restaurants in Williamsburg.

I decided to go there for my Birthday and we were 100% ignored worst than second class citizens. We went in and they sat me in the Sushi Bar area at the last table next to the exit door. We waited around for more than 15 mins without a waiter coming by not even to be greeted. We weren’t the only one waiting. Even the people there saw how terrible we were treated. The places was busy but they really didn’t care about their customers. All this happened while we had reservations. I am definitely won’t come here again. Ever. Ever. I rather go to Miyaki Sushi where you will get fast attentive serves, constantly checking up on you and the food taste great too. I really love their prices, and their sushi size rolls are large.
The hibachi are was a priority to the staff and sushi bar area was left unserved. We were not the only clients waiting to be served. Unfortunately I had to get up and look for a waiter. Disappointed.

Not friendly to service dogs. Got an awful look when I went in. We were asked to leave when my sdit made one noise. She is 6 months old and still learning but nope one and done.
