Our family went to this restaurant hoping for something local and a little more personal than the usual commercial spots. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was genuinely excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and did everything right, which made the experience feel promising at first.

The problem was the food. Every dish we tried, from a basic sandwich to a simple Italian pasta, came out bland and surprisingly dull. Nothing was offensive, but nothing had real flavor either. It all tasted flat, almost as if the kitchen forgot the seasoning entirely. We went in expecting a good meal, and by the end, not one person in our group felt satisfied with what they ordered.

If you are visiting the area and looking for a place to eat, this is probably one to skip. The service and setting are solid, but the food just does not live up to the rest of the experience. We left disappointed, wishing the cooking matched the quality of everything else.

A friend and I traveled to Williamsburg today for shopping from NC. We just by chance saw this restaurant located in a very very small strip mall. So glad we made that choice. The food and service were exemplary. Would definitely recommend and hope one day to return.

Food was brought out super fast. Calamari was a little dry but tasted very good, mozzarella sticks were absolutely delicious & fried to perfection. French fries were nice and crispy. Garlic knots were quite greasy but everything else was delicious.

Simple place, both style seating, family friendly.

The menu is full of errors, like saying the sausage cacciatore (misspelled in the menu) came with chicken... And in a cream sauce. In reality it was delicious... Which leads to one of those situations where the food ends up exceeding my expectations. Nice sauce. Tremendous amount of pasta.

The server did not offer to refill me beverage.

Just ok for me. Food was ok. Bathroom was dirty, that's a big yuck for me. I did report it.
Service was excellent. Server was attentive and on his A-game. That was a definite plus.

On the plus side, they have a good comprehensive menu and good price and the wait staff is friendly.
On the negative side, they have shrunk the food portions below what I can tolerate. Tiny portions of fries, salads, miniscule eggs, etc. Their soft drink machine produces flat drinks. This has been going on forever. No bubbles at all. They also get so busy, the delay in ordering and getting food is long enough that I only go when I know it will not be busy.

Minestrone Soup and Shrimp Alfredo were very tasty. We've been to this restaurant once or twice before, and it has always been good!

We were seated quickly, but my butt barely hit the seat before I was being pushed to order. Then suddenly, our server changed. We ordered food, and the garlic knots were stale in sitting in a puddle of tasteless oil. My ravioli tasted like it was from the frozen food aisle, and my husband’s penne was too spicy, but no one came to check on us until we were ready to leave. I’m shocked by the amount of great reviews on here because this was truly the worst excuse for “Italian” food I’ve ever had, not to mention it was severely overpriced.

I came in at 8:20 right before they closed and I felt so bad, but they were so accommodating. Their recommendation was the calzone so I had to get it.

The calzone was huge and a lot of cheese so be ready. I’d recommend the meat lovers one with their ranch. Their ranch was amazing.

Overall, great food and great atmosphere!

Thank you for getting me in and out in under 20 minutes! 😁

Really good! Great service, the chicken saltimbocca was legit! The Italian sub was also good. Today I had the sausage parmesan sub, also good! I expected this place to be a run of the mill generic Italian restaurant, it's in fact a well managed, well staffed restaurant serving good food at great prices!
