Little Caesars Pizza

Had a wonderful interaction with who I believe was the store lead on Nov 16. The store was busy however she had a contagiously positive outlook and with a friendly smile, was actively helpful with asking about customers orders, completing them and ect. Fantastic job!

This was the 4655 Monticello Ave # 107, Williamsburg, VA 23188 location

I placed an order for 4 extra most best pizzas on 11/3/2024 through the online app and shortly after I place it I called into the store to let them know that I need lite sauce on all of the pizzas. Upon pick up I then asked again did these get lite sauce like I had asked, wasn’t rude about it or anything. The kid behind the counter said yeah while he was hiding behind the pick up box. So I grab the pizzas and left. When I got home, after believing the kid I found not only did they not go lite on the sauce but they added more than a normal pizza would have had on it. People ask for things like this not to be inconvenient but because like myself I have a bad heartburn issue but I wanted to enjoy some pizza and this is the only way I can do so.

Outstanding so, I order take out almost every week. Always done quickly and correctly. Excellent inexpensive pizza. Pizza portal is awesome, also under great management.

The food is always great at this location, and I have never seen Ashley without a big friendly smile on her face, even during the stressful rush times. Cant recommend enough!

The pizza had a good amount of cheese. Some little Caesars skip on the toppings, this one did well! It was also ready when they said it would be. Highly recommend the slices and sticks that have the bacon, yummy!

Ordered online at 5:45... only wanted puffs. Waited an hour. Served someone else that walked in before my food. I had to ask. Employees were rude seems they only want to give you your money back. Not try to make service better. Assistant manager was no better rude waving her finger and yelling. Not a good bunch of people.food wasn't even hot.If I could give it no stars or negativrme stars it would express my displeasure with the treatment there.

Husband went to pick up order and waited for service ( we had forgotten to order a drink) was acknowledged that he was there and the guy came out with stuff on his hands 5 minutes later pizza wasn’t great either very wet maybe they went a little overboard on the sauce I hope the service is better next time (we don’t mind waiting please wash your hands)
