Was looking for a good bagel place locally. We dined in and ordered a to-go 1/2 dozen bagles. The meal was less than desirable. Nothing to make me want to come back. My wife had to use the restroom and returned stating it was too dirty. The bagles we took home were so hard, impossible to chew, so they went into the trash. Need to find another place.

Had an Asiago bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese and it was amazing! Super flavorful, and the coffee was great too ☕️🥯

Visited today for the first time. Heard that this place was good. Food was ok. Latte was great. The restaurant itself in need of a deep clean and touch up. Here is what I noticed while eating my food: windows and glass doors dirty, black paint is chiped all over, some ceiling tiles needs to be replaced, ceiling a/c registers dirty, the spot light over the menu on a wall has stalactites hanging from it. This lack of cleanliness didn't happen overnight, it had to be months or even years of neglect. It's not like I came into a car part store and complain about cleanliness, yall serving food to the customers, yall should do better then this!!!

Food is always the best, the latte is one of my favorites, and Derek has the best customer service I have truly ever experienced!

Thank GOD there is a decent bagel joint here. I got the egg everything bagels. They were authentic NYC style, out of the asiago but thats what I'm trying next. Friendly staff, quick service, reasonable prices and a very clean restaurant.

Start on the good...
The people there seem super nice... Can't say enough.
Now... The negative
The wait for the food was LONG!
The atmosphere... Not cozy like a coffee shop but just felt a bit anxious.
The food.. got the all American which is an everything begal with bacon cheese and egg. This was fair tasting to me... However, I think most people would not have enjoyed the sharp salt flavor coming from the begal. Seemed to much for me.
Again got the mocha, did not like the mocha. Thought after a while it would be ok, thought maybe it was not stirred properly, but no.. Never got to full flavor and had a strange bitter tone. Ended up not being able to get through it.
So, again folks, the South.. SLOW service with a friendly welcoming persona. Not great mocha. Not sure this area can make a good mocha. This has been the theme for me in this area.

The staff was so friendly. The country pepper cream cheese was absolutely delicious, and I really hope they keep it on the menu forever. Even though the line was long, it moved quickly. I can’t wait to come back again.

Was in on Sunday 9/7/25. Placed my order and went to get coffee . Three of the urns were empty. I told the young lady I needed the Dark brew . She said the would take care of it she proceeded to do everything else but brew what I had asked for. After waiting awhile she finally put the coffee on to brew.. by this time after waiting awhile I asked for credit for my coffee and explained that urns need to be checked regularly. She proceeded to tell me the were busy and they only had two hands. She continued to argue with me and make excuses.. I have never had a bad experience until now. I hope if I decide to go in again I do not have the.same experience again. I told her that she shouldn’t argue with a customer.
I hope this matter is resolved.

I love Manhattan Bagel in general, but the folks at this location go above and beyond. Coffee and sandwiches are always hot, fresh, and served with a smile. The restaurant is clean and well stocked and employees are friendly and helpful. It's always worth the drive out to Richmond Road for their excellent food and service.

Busy but food came out timely. Had the French Toast bagel with sausage, bacon, and egg. Delicious! Bagels was slightly sweet and soft with a slight crispness from carmelized sugar on the crust. So good!

The service and atmosphere was nothing fantastic. The service was dry, no one smiled and didn't feel welcome. I understand their tired from a long day, but still, I would prefer some a bit of friendly service.

The bagel I had was not that fantastic, it didnt taste like anything. A Sam's club bagel has a better impact. Coming from NYC, this isn't a Manhattam bagel. The farmhouse bagel I got wasn't so special, kind of plan and low quality meat was used, all frozen or standard salty packed deli meats.

A little disappointed with the rave reviews, but not my standards I guess.
