This location is always very clean inside In-N-Out it almost feels like it's in an upscale neighborhood. Whoever does the training at this location is thorough even newer employees seem seasoned.

Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is situated so that you're not going up or down any steep hills you are wheelchair and kind of across the hill. That is to say it is easily navigable in a wheelchair.

I got the five dollar deal with a McChicken with extra mayo, light lettuce, four count nugget the small fry that it comes with in the beverage first of all the fries were cold make it. They said they just had fresh fries. They remade it cause they were cold and then I had the nuggets they were cold as well and they tried to tell me that they weren’t but basically they remade it and got it for me and then I come home. Sit on my couch open up my sandwich and is hell mayo like there’s no way that somebody should be having this much mayo on the sandwich. This is crazy like Would you eat this bread soggy as hell like no disgusting an called corrupt they said they will call me back what a waste and I’m pregnant an still hungry thx for the worst experience for cheap food looks like they don’t really care wat the sever people cold food grabbing things with there hands an no gloves wat policy are they on

This has to be the slowest McDonald's in Virginia.
Drive-thru: there's almost never a line around the time I come here and it's always slow. 90% of the time you have to wait in one of the forward spots for them to bring a very simple order.

Walk in: when you walk into the store even if there's nobody there there's utter confusion. There's no one in the front of house taking orders there's just a overworked drive-thru team and anyone inside ordering food from the automated system is left to fend for themselves as orders come out, numbers are yelled and then the order is placed on the table. Anyone who needs to order and pay cash at the register is screwed until they call out a dozen times to get someone's attention.

I ordered a No 3 combo and a value menu McChicken. The employee at the pay window asked if I wanted a receipt and I said no. I should have checked the bag but did not. I returned to my office to find I was missing the McChicken. Usually I don’t care if the food is a little under or overcooked not getting it at all made me call the location. I was told without a receipt there was nothing she could do. Get your receipts and check your orders folks! Next time I will sit at the window and verify I got what I paid for.

I recently visited this McDonald’s and, unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to expectations. The service was slower than usual, even though it wasn’t very busy. The staff seemed somewhat disengaged, and there was a noticeable lack of cleanliness in the dining area,

A male employee outside smoking was verbally disrespectful to us while we were in the drive-thru, simply because my husband glanced at him as he exited the building. We waited 15 minutes for someone to take our order. We were asked to pull up and wait on our food, the woman who eventually brought out our order informed us that she could only provide a limited number of ketchup packets and said she can’t give us more, even though we had enough food for five people but only received enough ketchup for two meals. Additionally, we were given a Coke instead of the Dr Pepper we ordered. When we pointed out the mistake, she went inside to get the Dr Pepper but returned with another Coke instead. We stopped her to clarify that she had once again brought the wrong drink, and she casually mentioned, “oh yeah, we’re out of Dr Pepper,” before turning and walking away. It was evident she didn’t want to provide us with the correct drink. However, they were not actually out of Dr Pepper since one of our drinks was indeed a Dr Pepper. Not to mention the French fries were not only undercooked, but they also had no salt on them. We didn’t get a receipt after paying with a card, so I have no order number or information required to complete the survey about our visit. This has been the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. Their service was not only slow, but the employees were also the most disrespectful I've encountered at any McDonald's. I would not advise visiting this McDonald's.

The manager there today was so rude. He took my order wrong and when I asked to correct it, he told me the is not giving free food. I wasn’t expecting free food, just want to pay the difference and get what I wanted. The way he talked was so disrespectful. I asked to talk to someone else, then he said he is the manager, either proceed whatever he said or cancel the order and shut the window right in front of me.
