TLDR: Made me wait 25 minutes, didn't get my frappé, asked for a latte as a replacement, didn't listen to what flavor, gave me a plain one, I had no time to get a replacement. DO NOT GO HERE.

Absolutely shit. I ordered a frappé on the app using points, it took them 25 minutes to tell me that the machine wasn't working and I couldn't get my frappé. Her attitude was terrible and rude, I asked if I could get a latte instead and she walked away without asking me anything, so I had to loudly say what latte I wanted in hopes she actually heard me. It took another 5 minutes for the latte for her to hand me a plain latte! I didn't know until the parking lot and I was rushed now for work and had no time to go back inside for a replacement. DO NOT GO HERE.

I absolutely hate this McDonalds they are dirty they never got my orders right they are under staff there ice cream machine hardly ever works I suggest people go to the McDonald on Lightfoot or Richmond rd not this one on 2nd street then on top of that some people there be rude ugghhh I truly hate this McDonald they need to close it down I mean it and I will go to any lengths to make sure they shut this McDonald’s down and on top of that when I door dash they food always come back cold or missing items or not having the right items that I preferred I hope someone hears me

Waited 30 minutes in the curbside to have the breakfast order auto-completed despite never receiving my order. Not going to wade into the sea of humanity trying to get a workers attention for my $7 refund. You got me.

We stopped in for a late night snack on the way home. Should have ran from the 1st red flag. Blood down the front of the toilet and used womens sanitary napkins in the floor. So we order our food. It wasn't until we paid that we were told that they did not have sweet tea or Dr. Pepper. So we had to settle with a cup of ICE. NO refund for the difference. Then when we get our food the fries are cold and limp, we're missing sauces, and it takes 15 extra minutes to receive the rest of our drinks and 1 cup of ice cream. The trash cans were overflowing. Not just a little trash in the lid. I'm talking packed to the top of the trashcan PLUS trash on top of it and on the floor. The floor behind the counter was so nasty the lady in her crocs and socks was SLIDING around. Seriously disappointed. Money wasted.
