I can't figure out why people still eating McDonald's when they know the food is trash. Not healthy. There's even warning signs in California about eating their food. People say they want to live but there's a line around the corner every night.

I would give this place a 0 if I could. We sat in the drive thru line for over 45 minutes with 3 cars in front of us to only be told they were closed. We pulled into the line at 10:15. When I called the manager the next day, she just wanted to argue.

Ordered for 2 Adults and a toddler, took almost 40 minutes to get our food and when we did the main courses were cold but the hasbrowns were scorching hot. I had to ask for syrup, butter and utensils for my hot cakes. The napkin dispenser in the lobby did not have any napkins, and the bins didn't have anything in them. Overall it was a McDonalds so i can't be too surprised.

Dried out cheeseburgers. Manager would not refund me for the nasty cheeseburgers when I was willing to buy a quarter pounder. This McDonalds cannot keep staff, the food is usually bad and the manager lady is not professional. Will never go back. Avoid.

Worst McDonald's in williamsburg, don't go here very nasty lady at the drive throws your food at you, I would suggest if you don't like your job get another one. To the management there I would think if for some reason you're not going to use the drive-thru or it's going to be a wait it would be nice for your employee to let somebody know as they're sitting at the drive-thru waiting, this is by far the worst fast food restaurant in Williamsburg and it's a shame that whoever the owner is doesn't do anything about it.

This McDonald’s is tragically bad at getting all of the items you ordered in the bag. My husband and I are now at our 9th time in a row where our delivery or drive thru from here is missing an item. It’s actually gotten to the point that we have started taking bets on what’s going to be missing this time. They are always nice about it when we have called to complain, but it’s laughably bad. Eventually they are just going to give us an empty bag and 2 drinks. Lol.

Today was no dipping sauce for the chicken nuggets and 1 set of fries instead of 2. We’re too lazy to drive to the further away McDonald’s, but you should be forewarned that this one is 100% going to forget some of your food. Lol

Although the place was mostly empty, the staff was not customer focused at all for several of the customers there. Food not delivered to table, soda machine not fully functional and staff unresponsive to guests at front counter. They had signs saying they were accepting applications, so maybe they were understaffed and overworked, but there was almost no customers in the place. I like McDonald's food, but I will probably not be back to this location again.

Would give zero stars worst McDonald's I've ever been to absolutely filthy cold old food will make you sick awful customer service loves to argue over simple questions bathrooms and lobby worse than a filthy convenient store this place has really gone to hell and needs to be shut down employees are awful don't waste your money

I just want to give a shout out to the very nice cashier with dread locks who took the time to help my kids tonight. My wife and I have six kids. Five of them wanted to redeem their “Free Item Coupon”. By the rules on the back of the coupon they were all valid and each child had their own. The gentlemen with dread locks was very kind, helpful, and stood up for my children when the manager wanted to make them pay. The manager only wanted to redeem one coupon saying it was one coupon per car per visit. The coupon clearly does not say that. Glad to know there are still kind people out there.

Employees are inconsiderate, window was left open and all you could hear was yelling and playing around. Food was cold, absolutely horrible experience. Lady at the payment window seemed like she didn’t care about anything. Just as short and nasty sounding. REPLACE YOUR EMPLOYEES WITH BETTER!!!

This is the worst location around. They are ALWAYS out of Dr. Pepper. Their speaker doesn't work half the time. Never keep staff. Always a different worker when you go and never ever have good service from start to finish. This place needs to shut down and start over. If I could give zero stars I would. Line is always long. They told me last night they couldn't take my order bc a tour bus was there so I needed to come in. No credit today. Cars backed up and no sign up saying only cash. Never ever get orders right. Just awful.
