By far, the worst managed McDonalds ever. Short staffed, poor quality, and always long wait time. Get new leadership please!

The worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Took 40 minutes to get food and it wasn’t correct. Waited another 15 minutes for the correct food and just ended up leaving because it wasn’t coming out. Do not go here, this place needs to be shut down.

The service is very poor and disgusting. We were there for over 30 minutes nobody came to serve us, when called out several times they still did not come. When the manager came she refused to serve us. We then left. The manager needs to be fired.

I bought 50 cheeseburgers for the men at Faith Recovery in town. They would not extend any type of discount, which was very disappointing. The girl didn't even go ask a manager, again disappointed. I paid the full price, and the men at the home were very thankful!

Consistently poor service on Thursday mornings, and usually very slow on most mornings. It's almost as though they're surprised they have customers. I don't think they grasp the meaning of fast food. The staff at this place needs to go work at Wendy's just down the road for five minutes and figure out what it means to actually serve customers on time.

We dined in. They yelled out my number and we walked up to get food. They had no straws out. I had to ask for it. Then we found out they gave us no sauce. They told us that we need to pay for extra and they were sure it was put in our bag. Then they delivered food directly to other tables. If I didn’t know better, place was racially biased. Go to the next stop. Never coming here again.

The cashier was incredibly rude to every single customer that in came in the building for the entire time we were eating. Including us! Refused to help guest at the counter. Refusing to speak or respond to anyone. A customer came in and became confrontational with her just to get service. Guest were being ignored at the drive through. Over all the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had!!! My children witnessed these shenanigans on your vacation. Just mind blowing how shockingly bad this experience was for everyone in the store. She should most definitely be fired!!!

Menu was out of order. Crispy chicken sandwich was overcooked, hard, and dry. Nothing on it but pickle slices, not even mayo. The sauce was found in the bag. Didn't ask for it. Don't care for it.
