This is no fault of the specific people working this day, but someone didn't staff right. Too few people to handle all the little bits, like cleaning surfaces (too sticky in one place, too slippery in another), filling ice machines, and keeping an expo presence to handle one register and food issues.

This McDonald's is better than others in Williamsburg, but even with almost nobody in the whole place, we didn't get our food delivered to us even though the table tent implies it will be delivered (both on the picture and on the wording).
