Met expectations. We have not been to a McDonalds in YEARS. We were heading out early for the day and needed a quick bite. Ordered in the app (niece said we should dload). Placed the order and they were bringing it to us in the pickup spot #5 within 3 minutes of ordering. Gotta say...was surprised. Nice job!

These guys are my HOMIES!! All the other Williamsburg McDonalds suck for some reason. But not this one. The staff is so nice and my order has never been wrong. No sauce packets or straws left behind. I imagine some of them recognize me at this point because I embarrassingly go to this location a ton. :)

The Managers there are Top Notch! Drive through is always on point! The employees do an Exceptional Job at This Location and Aim to Please thier Customers 👍 They put a lot of effort into thier Service!

today was my birthday. I tried to treat myself to a meal from this McDonald's . They gave me a chicken deluxe sandwich with no chicken. This is the second time they have missed a major portion of the food that I ordered. People don't have time to return to your business when you cannot provide what they paid for.
They made it again and gave me a cookie for my birthday.
