Has to be the slowest McDonald's in history. They close the inside pickup at 7. Ordered a drive thru order at 709. Didn't get through the drive thru until 731.

This is my favorite McDonald's and I go here almost every day for my Diet Coke. Occasionally, there can be order mixups, however this location tends to be the busiest in my area and at times can have a lot of newer people. The core team always seems to hold it down though and I've never had too long of a wait at this location. I do hope that the owner of this location does a drive thru and menu board upgrade soon to help this busy location and make their teams lives easier here. That and fix the wonky, flashing overhead light at the first drive thru speaker. Overall, love this location and the people here!

I got a 20 chicken mcnuggets and they gave me 21. I will always order at this place from now on because i got another mcnugget. Also its very clean and a very good spot anyways. All the workers are nice and sweet

This place was on the struggle bus. They asked me to pull up after waiting 15 minutes in line. I used the mobile app to save time. When I got to the window they asked me to pull up. Food came out without drinks. The correct tag on bag. Got back and found it had the wrong sandwiches in the bag. No pancake syrup or ketchup that was on the order. The orange juice was watered down.
We sat at the speaker to order for 10 minutes before pulling to the first window at 11:05. Sat there for several minutes being ignored by staff before pulling to the second window. Someone finally acknowledged we were there and mouthed “we’re closed”. Posted hours say they are open until midnight, this was at 11:08. There is a huge line all waiting.

Think they are having kindergarten classes in back way too much mayonnaise and sauce on the combos. Has anyone there heard of portion control. And the burgers have gone on a diet they went from 5 inch buns to 3 1/2 inch buns that not the portion control I want.

Don’t go at night. They are understaffed. They stop taking orders in the drive thru long before 11 pm but they don’t tell you. We have sat there for 15-20 minutes Trying to place an orderonly to walk up to the window and find out that they have closed for the night.

I been here several times after late school activities. Around 8pm to 9pm, the lobby is in horrible condition. The crew are working on talking and joking more than food to customers. I waited in drive thru 37min before. It is the same crew the manager can’t balance the crew. There are more alarms going on in back round then a fire house. On today’s visit 09OCT25 the bathroom has no toilet paper. The manager has no key to get supplies. Everything is dirty on this Thursday night. To help the manager tried locking the lobby door which to no surprise did not speed anything up. Waiting over 20 min for my order in dinner. STAY AWAY
