This is the first time we ate at any of their stores. I was not impressed. We order a small pizza and three sandwich. We didn't like the cheese on it but it was okay. The sandwiches was all bread and very little veg in between the bread. The bread was okay but as for tasting any veg, you couldn't taste them because you didn't get much. This place was way overprice for what you get. Who ever heard of a pizza shop that don't sell F/F. I been in hundreds of pizza shops and they are the first . They sell you hash brown instead. My bill was over $80.00 Never go there again. The inside of the building was nice.

The food was amazing as we tried there new steakhouse pizza specialty. The atmosphere is really cool as well. The only reason I can't give this a 5 star is upon arrival our pizza was just sitting on the counter getting cold instead of kept hot in a warming area or even a pizza bag. Nobody wants cold pizza.

Every time we are in town we come here because food never disappoints. The wait can be long some nights but there are little shops that you can go to while you wait.

Saturday 3/24/25, around 12:00 noon. Very disappointed. I was in Merchants Square and stopped in Mellow Mushroom for a "to go" sandwich. It was a nice day and I wanted to eat outside. When I found a spot to eat, I opened the sandwich to put mayo on (I ordered it with mayo and they provided it in a cup on the side, go figure) and the picture shows my disappointment. Very, very little turkey, three slices of pepperoni and two miniscule slices of salami. This is your half Italian sub? Ten plus bucks? Seriously? It was half alright, half heartedly made. I mean, I get it. You're in it to make money but by cutting so far back on ingredients? Come-on people. I would be very surprised to hear that you're proud of such a skimpy sandwich. Would you serve this sandwich to your friends and family? If you would, I wouldn't be surprised if they stopped by a fast food place on the way home from your house.

Whoops, There is no turkey on your Italian sub. To use that mistake of mine as a point in your response shows me that there is no concern in your answer. The point was, as I'm sure you knew already, you GREATLY lacked the amount of meat in the sandwich. Look at the picture and be honest with yourselves. Is my concern a valid point? Take it on the chin, admit the fault and improve.

Busy. I get. A simple order being wrong. I don't. The Mushroom is a great pizza getting a 3 of 8 on my Pizza Porn Scale. Usually. This time. Five pounds of cheese. Is not Light Cheese. The perfect pie is 50/49/1 50 cheese / 49 Sauce / 1 Crust.

This was lasagna. Overall. Bad day. It happens. I hope to go back. As I do like this place.

Dined here for the first time for lunch on Friday March 7. After being seated, a server never came to our table. Two different servers walked past our table and ignored us. I went up to the host station and requested service. One of the hostesses filled in as our server, but service was still slow and inattentive. The restaurant was not busy. There was no excuse for this. To the management - Please properly train your staff, maintain a seating/serving plan, and terminate staff who are unable to perform. "Can I get you something to drink?" and "Are you ready to order" are really not complicated or strenuous.

But the food was decent.

The food was delicious but the bad timing was when I placed an order it arrived late and when I brought it home the Rach came lying down

Hostess thought it would be a good day to give out bad attitudes like it was candy.
We were sat and forgotten about outside. Guy who was wearing a black bandana was fine, but was not attentive to our table at all. Never brought plates, napkins, brought a normal cup for a child that was, as predicted, spilled all over.
Pizza arrived and realized we were overpaying for it, but obviously, we ate and payed for it.
When it was time to leave, we had to get our check from someone else since the bandana man just vanished from the face of the earth.
I went to the front to pay and the first girl told me “oh you need to do that with your server” I straight up told her that he was nowhere to be found and I got my receipt from someone else. The person behind her overheard our conversation and basically said she can actually be helpful and I can pay with her.

Won’t be back to this place.

Awful experience. We were seated for over 45 minutes before our food came. They said the "pizza" was taking a while, meanwhile the tables seated after us were all finishing their pizzas before ours even came; our soups were less than luke warm when we got them, the sides were all cold and my mom's burger massively upset her stomach for being so greasy

Normally we love coming here but unfortunately the waitress that usually takes our order always brings out food we didn’t order. We tried on a busy night and a slow night and got the same results.

The pizza at Mellow Mushroom used to be pretty good, but has become something of a hit or miss these days. The pizza I had today was below average. It looked like the dough hadn't risen, and parts of the crust were not cooked well enough. We complained to both the server and the manager. I really hope they took our critical feedback, fix their issues, and get back to their old standards.
