Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

This place has changed so much since the original award winning owner sold it. The staff is not welcoming and doesn’t know how to communicate protocol properly. The flavors aren’t updated as frequently as they used to be. This used to be our go to place. So sad to see an award winning location go in wrong trajectory.

Vegan options!!! 4 to be exact. 3 fruity and one OATLY oat milk vanilla (I think that’s limited time - so go get it while it lasts).

Wendy provided great, cheery, helpful service. She was enthusiastic! And helped us check the allergen menu.

I don’t come here often, but when I do I generally enjoy it as my little ones love it. However every time I come to this location, I let them take down my phone number for rewards or scan my app. Yesterday I was here and the man who was talking to another employee the entire time he was cashing me out which was rude.. and I still gave a tip. He scanned my app, said it didn’t work, and so he asked to see it again. I asked if it worked and he ignored me, so I said I can provide my number and he just said all set. I paid $22 for 2 bowls and I get my receipt to see he never even added my rewards to it. I contacted customer service through the app, and am still waiting to hear back. I go to a different location when we travel, and they never have an issue crediting my rewards or allowing me to use rewards. I have over $20 in Menchie’s money and it’s ridiculous that I’m paying that kind of money, and they aren’t even adding my receipts when I come in, or crediting me the rewards I have. Last time we were here, they stated they didn’t accept the rewards which was bothersome because they took my number down too. I just hope this issue is resolved soon, so I can continue to come back as Menchie’s is a yummy treat.. and I also wanted to add their vegan options are delicious!

Parking: Lots of parking, I never have trouble finding a spot.

Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere in here appeals to children. They have a giant chalkboard, the colors in here scream summer and happiness, and they even have a huge connect four game outback that you can play! It’s very welcoming.

the owner of the business is a personable and compassionate individual who goes out of his way to accommodate customers. The yogurts are just soooooo delicious.

Best Frozen Yogurt you can find

It's always an amazing experience. The ice cream, toppings, and owner / employees really make a truly great time for my family. Also, the vegan dark chocolate mousse is so good!!!
