I love the food at Moe's. I just told the preparer I did not want cheese or red meat bc of an allergy (alpha gal)and he immediately took off his gloves and put new ones and made sure all was in order before starting to prepare my food. I was impressed bc restaurants know the protocol but not all are this concientious as this gentleman. He was aware of cross contamination and made sure all was good. Thank you. Definitely going back to eat there. Nothing more assuring...
I eat at Moe’s at least once a week. And I eat at the One all throughout Hampton Road and the Williamsburg location is by far the best the staff is always professional and welcoming.
Moe’s Southwest Grill was a good stop. The staff seemed a bit tired, but they were still friendly and helpful. I really liked the build-your-own bowl, being able to customize everything is a big plus. My husband got the build-your-own burrito and really enjoyed it too. The food was fresh and tasty. The seating area was clean and had plenty of space. My son just wanted plain rice, and he ate every bite, so that says something! Overall, it was a solid, quick meal and a good experience.
