Closed early.. On vacation and wanted some soul food but there closed.. at 830 845pm.. Close time says 930pm

Would’ve loved to try the place but nobody wants to answer the phone to take my order. Guess I’ll give somewhere else my money.

We stopped here visiting from Richmond. The food was tasty & the service was great.

I ordered a blackened chicken pasta, my husband ordered beef liver or something like that with greens and cabbage. It was all really good. Ive never had a pasta before that wasn't stingey with the meat but they loaded it down with chicken I got really full and was able to eat on it 3 times. It was well worth the money, I was very pleased.

just great friendly people, food, drinks and atmosphere...

We are in Williamsburg for the weekend from Portsmouth I goggled restaurant near me looked at the reviews decided to give them a try based off reviews. The was delicious I got the 2 piece chicken with two sides the Mac & yams omg so good fried oysters delicious

Wait time was insane! I will NEVER pick up an order from this place again! EVER! Waited over an hour and a half for food that was placed as a large order in the morning and was not completed by the time frame it was supposed to be done in. Terrible…..and no one inside really seemed bothered about the customer who was waiting for their order.

It's considered a little diamond in the rough but the food was fresh and good. We were visitors from Michigan and couldn't find anything good in the area to satisfy our palettes until we stumbled upon Munchies. We even went back for dinner the same day. Our server Marcus was so pleasant! We all had a variety of dishes.

Robert the waiter and cashier was so.nice and friendly. Tony the cook did his thing. The food was flavorful hot and seasoned and delicious. I had the wings and yams and collards. My husband had porkchops mac and cheese yams. My grandson said the chicken is 10 out 10. Will be back..

This by far was the nastiest soul food I've had ever! I had liver and onions in gravy. The liver was tough and very salty. The gravy was loose and runny and very salty also. The greens were horrible! Tasted like burnt bouillon cubes. My friend ordered 2 fried wings dinners. They too were extremely salty with nasty greens. Never ever again!

This food was amazing!!! We had the oxtails, fried chicken, fried ribs, fried whiting fish and for the sides: Mac n cheese, cabbage green beans, greens, mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes. Let me tell you, it was all FIRE!!! Come here!!!

Overall not bad. Food came out hot and fresh. Wings were not bad. They were cooked pretty well. Mac and cheese I do recommend though! Had a nice crust on top and was really good for the price.
