While visiting Colonial Williamsburg, we were looking for a simple and reasonable place to eat. We decided on this location and were quite pleased. They have a great selection of drinks, food and desserts. I got the ½ Turkey sandwich with American cheese, bacon, lettuce and cheese on Focaccia bread with ½ Caesar salad ($15). Ate there for lunch today. Food was delicious (I had the corn chowder and my wife had the chicken bbq sandwich). Price was reasonable for the Williamsburg area. One of the better places we have eaten in the area. Looking forward to returning in the future.
This is a good stop for a light lunch in a quiet place. The Cafe is now located in the new museum addition. The large dining area has floor to ceiling windows looking out onto a patio (outdoor dining tables available). The food is priced in line with the historic area and offered basic, tasty fare. The corn chowder is thick & creamy and my Cuban sandwich was good as well. Each meal is assembled upon ordering so if there is a crowd the line can build. The staff was very friendly...
