Great Food, Great Price. Portion was a bit small for me. Was a bit hungry a couple of hours later. But Mother was full for the rest of the night. Will definitely be going back.

I ordered gluten free noodles and asked the cashier what was a sauce that contained no gluten and she told me to get the Pad Thai so I did I ordered and I live pretty far so I didn’t notice until I got home but they gave me the regular noodles and there was crunchy stuff in it (I’m assuming contain gluten) the cashier herself had to refer to a sheet of paper for ingredients so I figured I was safe. I have a very high gluten intolerance (not celiac) so I thought this would be a safe place for me to eat. On top of this is took a bit to get me my food. Pretty disappointed.

The food was bland, the tortellini was way overcooked, and for the amount of food you got, overpriced. If the food was good, for the amount of food, $35 would’ve been good, not $59. Won’t return.

My husband is obsessed with Noodles and Company, so naturally when we are in Williamsburg we have to go. My husband misses the beef stroganoff and wishes it was never removed from the menu, but since there are so many other delicious choices he doesn’t mind as much. The staff are very friendly and inviting.

On a personal level, the food is great! This review is coming from me as a delivery driver for Doordash though. LOL. They are so nice! Customer service is top notch! This is the only restaurant I go to that offers me something to drink each and every time. i appreciate them so much for that! It's the little things. xoxo
Tried Japanese pan noodles with Parmesan crusted chicken. It's a 10/10 with a coke. Service is very good. I really liked the spice and would definitely recommend.

We've never been here before, the gentleman at the register helped answer a few questions and was very patient with our 5 year old making his choice of meal. The potstickers were very good, and I must have mis-ordered so I was expecting soup, but didn't get it. The manager apologized(no fault of his, pure miscommunication on my part) and had it made right away.
The food was really good, I recommend trying the mac and cheese. My wife got stuffed pasta with chicken which was pretty good as well. We used doordash to the hotel and the food was still warm and fresh. Thank you!
