Usually go to Long Horn but wanted to give this location a try. In the past Outback couldn't compare to LH but this location was very good with their service and food. †**** UPDATE***** 8/29/25 Pit stop on the way to OBX and still the service and food as good as before. Thanks to head chef who came out to make sure my steak would be cooked as requested and thanks Braddon for excellent service. See you all next time.

Spending the weekend at our Timeshare in Williamsburg, on August 29, 2025. Went around 6:30-7:0 pm, Our wait time to sit was 20 minutes , not a problem. Our server ( Esteban) was great, but seemed overwhelmed as he stated it was busy, understaffed with callouts etc. Still great service. The problem is with the quality of the food. My Chicken dinner was horribly dry and I mean dry. The pecan salad should have been made with romaine lettuce, because it was soggie with the use of...

I went there for my birthday dinner. I had the three courses, but they forgot to bring out the cheese cake. But the service was excellent other than the forgotten cheesecake. Very attentive waitress, and we were stuffed when we left. The wedge salad was delicious, as were the blooming oinion and the fried mushrooms. My husband loved his lobster and steak.
