I love panera but this is the second time I have gotten a salad and it was not customize how I wanted and it's Cleary on the receipt but not in my salad. It was corrected the first time but my concern is how many times is this going to happen and why the person making the food don't make it how it is on the paper to be customized. I love everything else about this place but if I pay for something I expect it to be exactly what I requested.

Prepared my salad as I specified. It was the new autumn salad which was more filling than most salads

Food was good. Upon entering A man greeted me and asked for my name because I was picking up an order. He went to go check on the order and told me it would be up soon. However, it was my first time being in there and he didn’t tell me where to pick it up from. Luckily I was on the phone with someone that was familiar with the restaurant and told me where to go pick it up from. It was very inconvenient being that I was on my lunch Break and had no idea where to pick my food up, because he did not tell me where to go. So once I get to work, I opened up my Bag and realized that my tuna was smaller than normal. I have Eaten from this restaurant before and my sandwich was never that small! I was very disappointed and I was already hungry from the long wait just to get back to a small sandwich. As I mentioned, the food was good, but I’m still very disappointed.

Very reliable.
Always a pleasant, healthy experience. Fresh, as ordered; friendly, fireplace felt great.
Plenty of parking in the shopping center. We'll be back!

My rating isn't necessarily an accurate reflection of the product since the last two times I've went in I haven't been able to order anything. You're probably asking why I wasn't able to order anything? Well, b/c both times I went in I wanted Bread Bowls for me and my wife, and we were told, Panera Bread was out of bread! I find it hard to believe this is a rare occurrence and that I just happened to come in the 2 times they ran out of bread, even though the worker there tried to make it seem this wasn't something that happens a lot. But, 15 seconds later, she suggested we come in earlier, lunchtime, in order to have a better chance of getting a bread bowl. The problem is I live over an hour away and I can't get over there at a whim. We went to Teriyaki Madness right after another disappointment at Panera (No) Bread and it was very good. I still want the bread bowl but not sure I'm willing to give this place another chance since they don't seem to value their customers.
I have YET to hear from Panera Bread about this, and I guess this shows once again they do not care about the customer. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

This is the best Panera I have ever visited. The food was perfect, as was the service. I can't believe how friendly and accommodating the employees are here, they must have a great boss.
THANK YOU!

For drivers waiting on orders, it seems like there isn’t a designated employee handling handoffs. We often just have to stand around until someone happens to “notice” us. When there’s a line at the counter, no one acknowledges us at all—even if we say “Hi,” staff tend to avoid eye contact. The only person who consistently seems active and multitasking is the employee who wears lime-colored gear (footwear, hat, or sometimes a sweatshirt).
Similar to other Panera locations.
