Part of my morning routine is coming to this Panera. The staff is friendly, the fellow patrons are pleasant and the food is top quality. I truly appreciate this place.

Some foods taste good. But they have raised their orders RIDICULOUSLY. SMALLER PRODUCTS HIGHER PRICES. I CAN'T AFFORD THEM.

Excellent customer service for a rapid pickup order placed online for a lunchtime office meeting(10 people). The order was ready on-time and nicely packaged. 2 staffers went to extra lengths to ensure our order was accurate and had an friendly attitude as they communicated with patrons and employees. I wish I had asked for their names to give them the recognition they deserve. Well done!
The largest Panera restaurants I've been to. They no longer serve croissants at this store.

Our family came in late, close to closing time after traveling all day long. Kayla was just the sweetest! She was so welcoming and talked with us while we waited for our food to go. We appreciated the warm welcome.
I’ve had 4 consecutive deliveries come incomplete. Usually I’ll call and the manager says that I can come in for a free order to Make up for it. But it’s getting pretty annoying. I don’t understand how hard it is to just COMPLETE and order?!
