The manager was rude when I called in to speak my complaints and they forget my drinks and side sauces every. single. time. DO NOT order from the John Tyler Papa John's. Their customer service is the worst out of any pizza place in Williamsburg.

Ordered pizza. Dropped, uncut, missing additional sauces ordered. Given credit. Called and asked for additional pizza to be included with pizza ordered. Told I could have breadsticks. Asked for credited pizza. Told my order could be credited. Said I needed the pizza I ordered and was told not possible to deliver a free pizza with a pizza paid for. I said deliver pizza ordered and then deliver the pizza credited separately if that was really necessary. Then I was told additional pizza would be delivered with order. Logic is not their strength.

This store has the stupidest business policy and practice of any food chain. Called 1 hour before closing and was told I was out of the delivery area. I tried to order and pick it up as a carry out order and they refused to take my order saying the lobby was closed. Their website lists their hours with no mention of lobby closing early. It’s absolute stupidity to turn down a paying customer when your store is open. I will refuse to do future business with this food chain. There are too many pizza places to put up with garbage like this.

As a Doordash driver will never pick up from this location again. Arrived at the store and guy at front counter was on the phone for about 5 minutes. There were another 2 employees working and after about 3 minutes I told the lady I was picking up a Doordash order. She said the guy at the front (who was on the phone) will help me when he is done. And she went right back to doing basically nothing. Mind you she passed the pizza that I was picking up. Finally the guy gets off the phone and still looking like a space cadet (I had to ask him for the pizza) even though I was standing there with my red Doordash pizza bag. He slowly handed me the pizza. I just walked out. I will never pick up from them again. Will decline any Doordash order I get from this location. Ridiculous, lazy employees.

The store is 5 minutes away from the apartment I ordered to, it took them over an hour after I got the notification that the food was on the way, I watched as the driver went to multiple further delivery locations, return to the store and ultimately not arrive until we called to check. Food was cold, cheese congealed, unedible. Really can’t be that hard.

I got a barbeque chicken pizza and buffalo boneless wings and both were great. Everything was ready quickly and tasted good.
No need to tip with your card. Wait until delivery if you’re lucky enough to get your full order. $60+ order of food without the 2 litre. Maxed chef tip and driver tip. Lesson learned. No wonder Payton

They seem to keep getting my order wrong. Ordered pepperoni and mushrooms; got pepperoni and sausage 20 minutes early (so it was just sitting there for 20 minutes before I could get it).Time before that, I'd ordered 4 cups marinara sauce with it. Got home to find 0 cups marinara.Time before that, they seemed to be having a minor domestic argument.Pizza's yummy but may not be worth the trouble.
