I placed my order over the phone and specified several times that one item should not have cheese. The person even repeated it back to me correctly. Apparently that person is in a call center and not in the store and the order wasn't relayed to the store and the mistake was discovered until I returned home. Not too happy that I had to drive back to get the correct item. They didn't refund my money.

Order two sausage, pizzas, and an order of pull apart for delivery at 6pm for my kids. Didn’t get my order until 7:30pm. Opened the pizza box and the pizza was cold and hard. Then I called the store and told them the situation and they said they will remake the pizza. Hour later received 2 pizzas and no pull apart. Open the pizza box another 2 old pizzas called the restaurant and no resolution. I just don’t understand we live 5 minutes away how is this possible!! Very unhappy with this experience.

Was told the pizza would be ready in 20 minutes and that was over 40 min ago. But what’s worse is no one here is taking the lead. No leadership at all. All the customers are complaining and not one person stepped up to take control. No one engaging with the customers while also directing the employee to help them through this.

Ordered online. Order ready text came in at 7:02. At 7:21 still no pizza. The guys up front looked like they were lost. They had no clue what they were doing. Lied twice and said it’s in the oven. Finally gave me a cheese pizza at 7:32 and charged $29. I ordered the meats pizza with stuffed crust. I asked for my money back.
Oh my gosh I just ordered from Papa John's I had a gift card from my health insurance company and it was so nice and hot and I got the buffalo wings and they were so so good thank you so much

It took a hour n 20 mins for the pizza to arrive.It was cold n the pizza was all wrong.I asked for half of the pizza with some veggies n the half just cheese.Thr pizza had veggies all over the whole thing.Im here on vacation n just paid 30$ for a XL pizza that was awful.

We ordered pizza Sunday for our daughter’s party, 3 came correct as did the order of garlic knots. However, the one pizza for the person paying was wrong - it was missing extra items that cost extra, plus some extra spicy sauce cups on the side. When we called to have the issue corrected, we were offered a replacement pizza or a refund so we took the replacement. It NEVER showed up. What a joke, especially considering how ridiculous the price of pizza has become. I already hate ordering pizza but we did it because the girls were excited about it. But from now on we’ll stick with local places that value our business (Little Charlie’s and Bellissimo’s, plus they have great pizza).
