The food here is really good, I usually get the chicken skewers or pho ga both super good. I have had better Vietnamese food but Williamsburg is very limited. The service is good not anything exceptional, when they first opened the servers knew me by name but now it’s a completely new staff. The atmosphere is okay, I say this only because it’s usually quiet and the seating is a little awkward, I can also tell they don’t deep clean the place to often but that’s no a huge deal. Overall I would recommend if you’re in the mood for some pho and would recommend getting it take out!

Waitress never came back to see whether we needed boxes etc. Within 4 hours of eating there, my daughter found a hair in her leftovers and we all felt bloated and ill.
Kid-friendliness: Not hugely kid friendly. Didnt see highchairs.

Pork and chicken rice dishes were okay. Pho is bland - powdered seasoning packet at your local Asian market will get you the same flavor and no chili oil.

This place is ran by kids!
I went in with my family to have them try something new. First, it took over 15 minutes to even get someone to take our order. My husbands sweet tea tasted like green beans and sugar water. Next, the people who came in 30 minutes after us got their food first. Lastly, when our food came, you could tell it was old. The rice domes were crunchy and clearly had been sitting out, the noodles in my pho were breaking apart as if they have been clearly prestaged in that bowl over night with like warm “broth” poured over them for a little razzle dazzle and my son’s grilled beef was a slab of room temperature nonsense with old lettuce scraps of a pretend side salad. Not to mention that the basil they served hadn’t been washed whatsoever.
I’ve had great pho. I’ve had it overseas and I’ve had it in Northern VA…but not this place. Not this place at all. This place should be inspected!

Ordered the beef pho. The pho was not pho broth. It taste like chicken broth with vinegar. This is a chain not. Mom and pop so you don’t get authentic pho. Besides that the beef and noodles was plenty and delicious.

Ordered a takeout this afternoon of 2ea B1's and a Chicken soup totaling $61+. The B1s vegetables were sparse to none and the meat was no longer on skewers, very thin flat meat..borderline disgusting.
We have been ordering from the Williamsburg Pho 79 for many years and seen a consistent decline in their food quality and potions, but certainly an increase in prices. I remember when the B1 was $9.99...now double the price with less food quality and potions...we're finished with the Williamsburg Pho79.

Food wait time takes too long; even when finishing and need to check out too. Assuming there's only one person is cooking and 2 or 3 servers.

Their times are in accurate. They say they’re open till 8 but I’ve been here at 6:30pm and they’re already closed. I get it, it’s getting close to 8pm but at least fix your hours. If you want to leave by 8 then update your sign to say closing at 6 or 6:30. Really annoying to drive here an hour or 2 hours before closing and y'all are already closed. Food is good though, wish I could buy some.

Their door said they close at 9. I go in at 7:50 and they told me the kitchen is closed. Two things wrong with this. The first is that they closed the line before they actually close in order to leave early. The other issue is that they have not updated their signage to reflect their updated hours of operations.
This leads me to believe that the establishment is lazy and does not care about serving the customer. In an area that’s super competitive, reputation means everything. I like Pho 97 as an entity. Just not this location—which is a shame, given that it’s in a prime area.

We went Sunday Nov 17 and it seems like they’re planning on going out of business. No alcohol available. No chili sate sauce…how can you not have the basics? We’ve been going for year but this time the broth was off for the veggie pho as well as the egg noodle seafood. Worst part is the seafood had the slight seafood smell and not the good smell and the broth was warm, not hot. The squid was soft not firm which means it was old. Luckily I didn’t get sick. I think we will not be going back.

Tell your cashier to get off her phone and stop disrespecting delivery drivers.

Fairly good. I'm the note above: "Should read not "too" busy vice not "to" busy.
We went about 7 not knowing they closed at 8 the pho had all ingredients but the broth was bad it was 3 of us and they only gave us 1 plate of add in and check was brought out before even starting to eat good it didn't even taste like pho
