I went to Pho with my 3 grandkids and my grandson girlfriend, when we went inside the restaurant it was completely empty, so I thought that is good in a way cause they're going to give us a good service, well I was wrong, as soon as we sat a girl came to ask for drinks, I order water with a couple of limes or lemons, and the girl says, we don't have limes or lemons which is awkward for a Pho restaurant, my grandson ask for a mango boba tea and she said we don't have mango she then came out with a mango boba except the boba was hard and like it hadn't been made correctly, my grand daughter ask for Dr pepper and she also responded we don't have Dr Pepper but had pepsi and they come from the same machine, so my grandson and his girlfriend ask for water and sweet tea, but then another person came inside the restaurant and He ask for a glass of water with lemons, and guess what, they give him water with lemons, so I ask the waitress why He has Lemons in his water, she responded with a rude attitude bring me lemons and threw them at the table, we just tried to pay for our drinks then left ,she knew her attitude wasn't right and she decide not to charge me for it, but I insisted and she refused, so I came the one located at Newport News, Va and even when is 40 minutes away I don't care, but I'll never go back to the one in Williamsburg,Va again

Nice place with good service. Unfortunately, the food is the worst I ever had for Vietnamese restaurant food. I had a pork Banh Mi and a combination Pho. Banh Mi wasn't as flavorful as I had in other places, and the pho soup tasted like made from beef stock powder, not authentic beef bone soup.

We were there at 6pm on Sunday, for dinner. There were about 4-5 tables occupied. Our 3 bowls of Pho soup came out warm, NOTHoT, very disappointed.

I’m from New York I’m Vietnamese I went to pho 79 to eat it was horrible the food The pho came with two piece of meat and the broth was black Cloudy and was playing Spanish music. I don’t have any problem against Spanish people, but it should not be playing Spanish music in A Vietnamese restaurant and there is nobody in there speak any type of Vietnamese and it was very expensive I didn’t care about the money if the food good but the food was garbage. They need to close it down, disrespect the Vietnamese people and our culture. I didn’t eat the food I left in the table

Our pho had good flavor but was overly salty and the vermicelli noodle dish with the grilled pork wasn’t too bad but the noodles weren’t cooked all the way so still slightly. The Vietnamese spring roll was decent but it was not wrapped well at all. It was loose and fell apart after the first bite.

We gave this place another chance because we love pho and there aren’t many options here in Williamsburg. The quality of the food and service has improved, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Once they correct their listing on Google, this place has the potential to be great. We both enjoyed the pho nam. The food tasted very fresh as well, meat veggies, and noodles

The food here is really good, I usually get the chicken skewers or pho ga both super good. I have had better Vietnamese food but Williamsburg is very limited. The service is good not anything exceptional, when they first opened the servers knew me by name but now it’s a completely new staff. The atmosphere is okay, I say this only because it’s usually quiet and the seating is a little awkward, I can also tell they don’t deep clean the place to often but that’s no a huge deal. Overall I would recommend if you’re in the mood for some pho and would recommend getting it take out!

Waitress never came back to see whether we needed boxes etc. Within 4 hours of eating there, my daughter found a hair in her leftovers and we all felt bloated and ill.

Kid-friendliness: Not hugely kid friendly. Didnt see highchairs.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible

Pork and chicken rice dishes were okay. Pho is bland - powdered seasoning packet at your local Asian market will get you the same flavor and no chili oil.

This place is ran by kids!

I went in with my family to have them try something new. First, it took over 15 minutes to even get someone to take our order. My husbands sweet tea tasted like green beans and sugar water. Next, the people who came in 30 minutes after us got their food first. Lastly, when our food came, you could tell it was old. The rice domes were crunchy and clearly had been sitting out, the noodles in my pho were breaking apart as if they have been clearly prestaged in that bowl over night with like warm ā€œbrothā€ poured over them for a little razzle dazzle and my son’s grilled beef was a slab of room temperature nonsense with old lettuce scraps of a pretend side salad. Not to mention that the basil they served hadn’t been washed whatsoever.

I’ve had great pho. I’ve had it overseas and I’ve had it in Northern VA…but not this place. Not this place at all. This place should be inspected!
