Overall, it's a pho place in Virginia. It's not the worst, nor the best. The pho was OK, a bit bland but better with Sriracha. The Sriracha bottle was reused, I didn't mind that. I did mind how greasy it was to the touch. The spring rolls were loose and the sauce was not right. For the price, it's fine. Nothing spectacular.

If your hours say open until 8pm, you shouldn't be closed at 5pm...

$17+ for a bowl of pho is highway robbery imo. Service is terribly slow and staff always repeatedly order our meals incorrectly. If they actually write down the orders instead of memorizing it in their head it would eliminate all the mistakes.

I have always enjoyed my visits here. I don't like making an out if town trip to find a "closed on Monday" sign on the front door on a Sunday when they "should" be open...

Do not waste your money! This place is filthy and has terrible service. After waiting an hr to get our food it showed up slimy, the meat looked and smelled old, noodles raw at the bottom & broth was warm at best. Couldn't bring myself to even taste it. We just paid and left. Absolutely awful, wish we had read the reviews

My wife and I got 2 bowls of pho and couldn't eat it because the meat had slimy growths on them and some of the meat was obviously bad and smelled wrong. The noodles were still stuck together at the bottom of the bowl and the dish in general didn't smell edible either. Two wasted bowls of pho cost us over $40. Also waited for service for 30mins before our order was taken when only 2 other tables were occupied. Not happy or planning to return or promote this business, there is much better pho nearby.

Finally, I finished my dishes, not because they were delicious, because I had to wait 30 minutes to get them. Not real Vietnamese taste.

This was our 1st time here. We wanted to try the grilled Vietnamese meats. It was really good! I liked that 3 different meats were offered. At first glance, the price seemed kind of high. However, when the food arrived, it was ample enough. Awesome 1st experience on this beautiful fall day!!

We gave this place 3 chances. After all, everyone has an "off day," right? The last time was the deal breaker. The food has always been average. The broths are weak tasting and watered down. Noodles are clumpy. We waited almost an hour for a takeout order of wonton soup. Apparently they ran out of wontons. Just tell us you're out of dumplings! It would've been fine! I could've ordered something different! After 40 minutes, we checked on the order and were told about the dumplings. The server said "they took care of it" but it still took another 15-20 minutes to actually get the order. This place has a corporate feel and not an authentic, friendly ambience. We're done with this place and moving on to other Vietnamese restaurants in the area.

Our first time here and probably our last. Our server got our orders wrong. We had a feeling she would because she didn't write down anything and we ordered 5 things. The soft vegetable tofu spring rolls were awful! So soggy and fell apart and tiny. Not authentic, the tomato didn't taste good. The combination vermicelli bowl $17.29 tasted good but the beef bahn mi sandwich was small, beef was very dry and scarce veggies. The tofu vermicelli bowl $16.99 was not good either. The best tasing thing we ordered was the egg rolls.

Worst Phở and Vietnamese food we ever had. Everything was salty and no flavors. The service was terrible - it took over an hour for the food to come out. Don’t waster your money here.

Came in when no one was there and was the last table to get food as more people came in. My family waited over 75 minutes for our food just to have our orders wrong and spilled on my husband. Service is terrible, forgot utensils and appetizers. Had to remind them and the appetizer ended up coming after we finished our entrees. Sad this place used to be good. Food isn’t authentic, don’t let the menu fool you.

I have ate at this location many times, and it is always excellent. I ate there today but I was not satisfied. The Pho smelled off/different ( maybe due to the poor looking round steak in my pho) and was not nearly as tasty as it has been in the last three years. I also got a Boba tea and it was very chunky with large chunks of ice. Normally, the quality is very good. I don't know if this location has changed management or if the people working there aren't as attentive ( this does not apply to my waiter who was very attentive ) as they used to be but I was definitely let down. Hopefully it was a fluke.

I am a Pho connoisseur. I eat pho at least three times a week. I travel around the tidewater area and eat Pho in my travels at many different restaurants. This restaurant is one of the best in the area. The pho is outstanding, and taste is very traditional. I ordered a small and it was enough for a very satisfying lunch. The staff was very prompt and attentive. I'll definitely be back. I recommend giving it a try if you like authentic Vietnamese food.

I don't think of Williamsburg Va as a place to find genuinely good Pho, but here it is!The Newport News location was my first experience. This one is Great as well.
