Pierce's Pitt Bar-B-Que

I was in the restaurant earlier today and upon picking up my order I noticed that some people were asked for their receipt to pick up their orders and some people were not asked for a receipt at all. I didn't believe this was happening, so I moved to the side to observed and that's exactly what was happening. Either ask for a receipt for every customer or don't ask for one at all.

When traveling through Williamsburg always have to stop at Pierce's. Been there for years and I've been stopping here for years!!

The food was bland and tasteless
Even after adding salt and pepper it was flavorless. I will not be back.

I think they were struggling with a large crowd. Twice in the same order my chicken sandwich got replaced with a pork sandwich. The hush puppies were just ok. I liked the cornbread.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant, it was recommended to me and my spouse while out shopping. The half chicken bone was nasty dry and the sauce was watery. I order the pulled chicken which was not bad did not know I had to order the bread separately. The corn bread was rock hard and I mean HARD no taste at all the Mac and cheese was and had no seasoning, fries and e hot but plain; we were looking for to eating good BBQ while in Williamsburg, but this was a big disappointment my spouse complained the entire time. Almost forgot I ordered a pound cake which was also hard, taste like it was sitting for days. My money was wasted on that.

Always satisfied w/Pierce's when I come thru Williamsburg. Food is good, service is excellent, restaurant is clean, servers are friendly. Prices are reasonable & you're in & out quickly! I usually get a sandwich & fries & it's perfect.

Parking: Never had an issue with parking

When driving by Pierce's BBQ this evening, my wife and I decided to stop in for dinner. We'd never heard of it, but decided to give it a shot. We were not unhappy. The people who work there were very nice. My wife has a gluten allergy, which they accomodated greatly.

The food was pretty good and there was plenty of it, so we didn't leave hungry. It's got a nice neighborhood feel to it and if I lived closer, I'd probably eat there pretty regularly.

I've been going to Pierce's for many, many years. I always get the J.C. special. The barbecue is ? always delicious. The banana pudding is wonderful. It has lots of bananas in it. When I go to Williamsburg, I stop there on my way home for lunch/dinner!!
