I've been here twice to stay at the hotel for conventions. The food has always been the best I've ever had while traveling. Sidewinder fries are 10/10, crabcake sandwich is 10/10, and when I got the fish and chips this past March (which were 10/10) I was surprised by a hot, fresh slice of what I assume was Barmbrack (?!) which was even more delicious than my nan's recipe of old. I will always eat here when I pass through the area, and I may even pass through more...
We had such a wonderful evening with LaStasha when we stayed here. She gave us great recommendations on the menu and even helped us plan our itinerary the following day. She was a life saver!
The menu didn't look so great. Definitely a place to bring young kids If you're staying here. They let them sit at the bar if with parents, and the game room is right next door.
