No greeting when you walk in. Someone finally comes to the front to ask if you are placing an order and immediately says it will be 45-50 min wait. Clearly understaffed.

Skimpy portions: not what it used to be, Pizza Hut has become stingy, the whole melt looked like a half chicken bacon melt and side of fries amounted to crumbs from the bottom of the bag as though they were to lazy to open a fresh bag the cheese taste sour on the cheese sticks and my husbands chicken Alfredo pasta dish is missing half its pasta I have been a loyal customer for 25 years and I will never order from Pizza Hut ever again, they have become filled with corporate greed and could care less about customer service

Had a solid experience with friends late at night here. Our order was a little bit messed up due to some understandable confusion - but they quickly gave us a free extra pizza to make up for it!
Very kind and hardworking staff here. Highly recommend them.

If I could give this store a zero I would. Waited in store for over an hour for a carryout order that was supposed to be done in 20 min. Then the man working was extremely rude and nasty. Never gonna order again....

Most of the time I go to this Pizza Hut they have very tasty pizza but on the day I went there on June 16 Was terrible The Cheese Pizza Had No Sauce on it!!! 😡😡😡😡 And my friend said that the texture was weird and it tasted wrong it also tasted better when it was cold so that says a lot

Purchase 2 pizzas with 3 topping for 37.00 and when I recieved delivery the pizza was cold and my topping was missing...very dissapointed

I ordered a medium pan pizza with regular sauce, pepperoni and beef, and regular cheese. When I received the pizza, it had roughly double the amount of cheese that it usually has, and I don't like having too much cheese. We called to ask for a replacement and offered to pick it up (when the original order was for delivery) and we brought the pizza back and exchanged it for a new one, and I also asked for it to be made with BBQ sauce because I messed up the original order-that was my bad. However, when my sibling picked up the new pizza, there was roughly 5-10% of the regular amount of cheese. It seems that the manager was not happy with us asking for a replacement pizza when the original one had too much cheese and decided to be petty/sarcastic and made a pizza with literally almost no cheese on it. We called and demanded a refund and he originally said we'd have to bring the pizza back and we refused because while mistakes are natural (as with the first pizza) - the manager was extremely disrespectful and rude in how he handled the situation-making a pizza poorly which must have been on purpose because I've ordered pizza from this location many times and have never had a pizza this poorly made, and then being argumentative and rude on the phone. As a former long time customer of this pizza hut location, I will NEVER order from or step foot in this pizza hut again. It's a shame because this location used to be really good but it has gone downhill

We ordered a thin crust large pizza for delivery, the crust was like chewing on cardboard!!! There was barely any cheese or sauce on it! I couldn’t believe Pizza Hut would even allow something like that go out there doors.And it was COLD. So I will not be using Pizza Hut anymore….
Pizza was lousy, took almost one hour from order to delivery. We were told that it would be delivered at 7:28pm. Wasn’t delivered until 7:55 and was cold.

On this day, Saturday, September 21, 2024 I ordered from Pizza Hut and the food was excellent. I was offered a free pizza and I enjoyed the food. It was nice and hot. They did a excellent job very pleased with the service and the delivery this time.

Attention! Owner. This place is nasty! The female who is wearing dog tags is licking her fingers while doing the pizza. No gloves either. I order my take out waited 1hr instead of 15 mins as they mentioned. She worry about putting the tips away rather than looking what is done! I receive my cold pizza cuz that's been sitting there for an hour.
