The last four times we’ve order from our local location, we’ve received cold pizza and often an incomplete order, we order a liter Of soda and it’s typically not delivered. We usually have the same driver he apologizes, but yet the next order he brings our pizza cold, he never has it in a warmer bag. Note the location is only 10 minutes from our home, we should receive a hot pizza every time, which we do often, but the last 4-5 times it’s been cold requiring us to warn the pizza in our oven to be able to enjoy a hot pizza, a hot pizza brings out all the flavors you expect to taste.

My pizza from this location yesterday had a dead Fly on top of the cheese. I guess this is a new topping they offer but we don't care for it. I took it back and got my money back. Won't order pizza from here for awhile or maybe ever.
This pizza hut is the worst the food is either under cooked or over cooked. Management doesn't care about the food, customers or anything especially if you complain!

Curbside delivery doesn’t happen even if requested - don’t wait around like I did. Pizzas weren’t hot, and had minimal cheese. Breadsticks were flat and chewy. Cinnamon sticks were bare in many spots - I had to add butter and cinnamon sugar and put them in the oven in order to not be eating plain, dry pizza crust. Unfortunately very disappointing.
