Placed my order ahead of time, Arrived at this location. To be told that my order did not come through because of power outage. No problem I reordered and waited 20 minutes. Came back in and it was busy of course with a lot of door dash. Nothing new. One of the Pizza Hut associates gave door dash a pizza then stopped them said it was the wrong pizza which turned out to be my pizza lol. Got my order. Something told me I should check my pizza and my cinnamon sticks because both of them were burnt to hell. My cinnamon sticks was stuck to the bottom of the cardboard box and my sausage pizza was burnt and dry. All I can say is go at your own risk. This place was unorganized not professional and seems like they do not care about the customer.

The short young man (who I think was a manager) was doing his best zipping around making and cutting pizzas , When I asked he said he was working alone, nevertheless, My food came out amazing and he was doing his best

Rude rude rude. I have never been disrespected as much as I have just trying to order pizza. This call center order is just ridiculous. To start it off I was hung up on two times because my family is traveling from out of town trying to order at a restaurant where we are staying. The last time I call the lady on the line was so disrespectful, I was trying to check the total of my order asking for her to repeat my order to me and this woman had the nerve to blow, get nasty with me and then hang up the phone. What is this service? Why is a call center even a thing to call and place an order at a restaurant.

Gave my pizza to the wrong person, so mine had to be remade , never told me what happened, I just overhead, never apologized for the extra 20 minute wait and handed me my pizza like nothing was wrong, please teach your people to at least apologized when they screw

Ordered 3 pizzas for carry out, pickup was scheduled for 6 pm. My husband and I were there a little before 6, pizzas were burnt, tasteless and cold. WE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!

I ordered pizza for curbside pick up. I waited, watching pizzas being made and seeing young man keep touching his clothes (side of shirt) while he worked. Not clean behavior. I waited for over ten minutes and finally went in to pick up my cold pizza. So much for curbside delivery and the prepaid tip for that service….
Great customer service! I got all the way home when I realized they gave me the wrong pizza. When I called they offered to refund me or make the correct one. They remade my pizza and it was ready in 10 minutes.

The website is a joke to order it's slow, and freeze a lot. I went through the app to order for delivery. I put contactless delivery because on the app it says "the driver well knock on the door and stand back a good distance, and will make sure the order was picked up." There was no knock on the door. I waited 45 minutes until I called the store for an update on my order. They said "oh you did contactless delivery and your order was delivered." I went to go look and there was my order outside on the ground and it was COLD. Being cold outside makes the pizza go colder faster. This is unacceptable and quite disappointing. I called the store to speak to someone about it. They tried to argue with me about it since it was contactless. Again on the app it says they will be a knock on the door and drivee will make sure they order is picked up. I have a dog who always barks when there is a knock on the door. My dog did not once bark which proves the driver did not knock. I will not be shopping here again and I will make sure my friends know about this poor pathic service this store provides. You would think I would at least get a notification that my order has been delivered but no nothing. No call. Text. Notification. Nothing.
