Ordered a 3 piece was charged for a 5 piece. Chicken was hard and dried out. The person at the window was rude and sassy. A waste of $30.... I ordered 2 legs as well. And the drink was a soda but it was flat. Should have gotten water.
I give the location 5 stars, but the manager needs some training. The way she talks to the staff in front of customers, texting on her phone and serving small potions to conserve food openly needs to be addressed. We stopped here on a family trip and spent 1.5 hours making sure everyone ate and was full before getting on the road. All the staff was friendly, funny, fast and efficient. The attitude of the manager is toxic. I applaud the staff for remaining positive.
Door dashed food..I asked for a large sprite and got a small..asked for coleslaw and got red beans and rice.That’s sad!!.The only thing that was ready was right was the sandwich but it wasn’t good!
They were out of fries, and lids for drinks. We waited 25 min in boneless wings. Once we got home we realized they never gave us boneless wings. Someone needs a new manager.
The worst Popeyes experience ever! I've never gone to a chicken restaurant where they were actually out of chicken. Also if you order wings or shrimp be prepared to wait 25 minutes for them to cook. According to the manager they have six deep fryers but four of them are being cleaned at lunchtime on a Sunday. Seems like the perfect time to clean them. The whole restaurant looked filthy and disgusting and the employees have zero customer service skills. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.
Food was delivered cold stale and it took 12 minutes to deliver so that food was old and it was shrimp I tasted one and hard as a brake. I called the manager just plain RUDE
An active nightmare zone. Over 20-minute wait in the drive-thru, during most of which I was actively ignored by the staff, for food that was so dry and gross it was not edible.

There are a lot of young people in the kitchen, I see it's easy to replace you

I ordered online with low expectations after reading all these reviews, but my experience was amazing!! They are definitely low staffed but the one lady up front was holding the store together! She was very nice and my order was ready right when I got there. Hopefully everyone else has the same experience as me!

I ordered food ahead said it would be ready at a specific time. I got there and I still had to wait 45 minutes from my order to even get made and on top of that. I didn't get the correct drinks and they changed up their chicken recipe, so it's no longer blackened chicken tenders

The absolute slowest Popeyes and attitude staff. The chicken wasn't fresh they lied said it was then i waited 30 minutes for fresh. I hate having a taste for something to only get pissed and disappointed. They had over 10 customers waiting outside and inside. One customer waited 45 minutes to feed his family at the tables inside. Horrible I drove 15 minutes here NEVER AGAIN

Came here during my 30 minute lunch, only 2 cars in the parking lot, I was the only car in the drive through. Was told "please wait" once I got to order screen. Waited for ten minutes, finally was asked what I would like and was told it would take ten minutes to be ready. So I left.
Just totally useless staff here it seems if having 2 cars in lot and 1 in drive through causes such high wait times.
