Would recommend staying away from this location and would not even recommend that you order delivery....inside was disgusting...2 of the three managers were doing nothing while the other one and the staff were getting demolished...watched them totally forget to give one customer her 12 piece chicken...while I waited two different times on DoorDash orders for more than 20 min each time as the cook wouldn't know what was needed as there was no communication from management (since they were hiding)

30 minutes (yes, THIRTY!) from pulling up to the drive-thru to pick up our mobile order of 12 wings until we finally got them! And that was with ONE car ahead of us...NOT exactly fast food, eh?Chick-fil-A for me from now on... their chicken is better anyway.

I was in Williams for work. It was past lunchtime & I was very hungry. I haven't eaten @ a Popeyes Restaurant since Jan & it was in another state. So, I figured I'd give it a go.The casher was very pleasant. I didn't get her name, but she made my visit nice. She's maybe mid 40's, slender, dark-skinned African American lady. Ohhhh, she was super sweet & helpful w/ the menu choices. I'll definitely return.

Decided to go to this Popeyes because we are visiting from the DMV area and it was the closest to where we are staying. We got the shrimp tackle boxes, one shrimp and one surf and turf. My wife jumped on me because the food seemed like it was from last week. Everything was cold and dry, even the mashed potatoes. Don't waste your time if you have other options.

So I purchased a sandwich and this is what I got. Looks too me like someone bit it. So I call and Jasmine picks up mind you I don't live near popeyes it's about 40 minutes away. The sad part is you pay for food and this is what you get. No apology no remorse nothing but bring the sandwich back and we'll give you another.
Waited in line the other day for what seemed like 15 mins. People at register was getting orders before the ones who ordered online. Ended up walking out. I’m sure they was short staffed. But could have had better customer service to let people know what was going
